Stephen Saved The Day!!! Last week I could not start my car after work. I got a jump went next door to Advanced Auto. During my LONG wait at AA, I text'd AJ (who is my regular service rep at Coggin) and he said a battery was $105 and that he was not in but told me someone would gladly help me. So, when the AA guy came out I asked if he could just give me a jump so I could take my car to Coggin. WELL, thank God for Stephen. He went above and beyond to help me (even though it was after 7pm and I know they were trying to wrap things up)! He not only took care of my battery but found that my tire pressure sensor was on and there was a nail in one of my tires. I really felt like he was taking Customer Service to the next level. I will definitely be bringing him some chocolate chip cookies to thank him for the extra special care he took of me! Thanks Coggin! I love all your guys! More

Fast & Friendly I had a 9:00 a.m appointments but arrived early at 8:30. No problem. I checked in & was was told my car would be ready by 11:00. When we returned at 10:00 my CRV. Was done. Washed & vacuumed! And to make it even better your first oil change is FREE!!! What more could you ask for? More

In and out on a Saturday I brought my Pilot in to get a nail removed on Saturday 14 Feb. I did not have an appointment but was seen fairly quickly. Jeremy explained the costs, asked if it could be patched can he go ahead and do it? I said yes, then he said he would come and get me if it couldn't be patched and I would need a new tire. Since it was a Saturday and no appointment I figured I was going to be awhile. I relaxed in the comfortable seats watching a movie and I'm pretty sure it was less than an hour and Jeremy called me to say I was done. The tire was patched and I went on my way. The only issue I have and its a very minor one, is that my oil life display was reset to 100% from 50%, no big deal. I purchased this Honda a year ago and I have been happy with both the sales and service. More

I paid for tag agency ($99), document stamps ($57.05) license/registration ($82.35) sales tax ($470) all separate line items, maybe the tag agency fee was a bit high, but all fair. There is another line item for $699. "pre-deliver service fee" for "inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting the vehicle". Now, it was a used car, so they probably vacuumed it out and such, I get that, but I don't expect to retrospectively pay for the detailing on the car after the price is negotiated. And I know that this is not that uncommon a practice at dealerships. I just would strongly advise the public not to do business with dealers who do this. The condition of the car should be included in the negotiated price. Anything else is highly dishonest. More
