New car purchase experience We recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord. Our original plan was to start at the Honda dealer and then continue on to some of the other local dealers, We recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord. Our original plan was to start at the Honda dealer and then continue on to some of the other local dealers, Toyota, Audi, etc. Well needless to say we never did make it that far! Morris Rashwan and Matthew Merricks were the agents we dealt with. What I appreciated about the experience was the low key sales pitch. We did not feel pressured. Morris did not put us in information overload, he explained the features and options without being pushy. Both agents were extremely courteous, pleasant, and non-patronizing. If and when we’re in the market for another Honda – this will be our first choice. More
New Civic Best buying experience ever. Had done some research on line, they were prepared to honor the lowest price I had, but that ended up not being the most Best buying experience ever. Laurie found me exactly what I needed (not what I thought I wanted originally!) she made the process easy and fun. The managers were nice, especially in finance because I was worried about my payment! Would highly recommend!! More

He has neve I have my car serviced at Coggin Honda on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville and my service technician is a young man called A.J or Adam Jones. He has never failed to make me feel like the service dept has time to look after whatever issue i might have and as my day off is monday, he tries to get me in and out of there as fast as he can. When I get the opportunity to buy another Honda, I would not hesitate to continue to have my car serviced there and it is mostly because of the attentiveness of this employee to detail and to his genuine care for his customers. Very dishonest , I had several conversation all week with a salesperson named D!,,I had been interested in a particular black accord, made appt to come in to test driv I had several conversation all week with a salesperson named D!,,I had been interested in a particular black accord, made appt to come in to test drive, they called me that morning to confirm and assure me car was available, I get there to the dealership and dj was on lunch,,they spend 15 minutes trying to find tat car only to bring up a totally different car trying to pass it off as the one I was interested in, lying the whole time, I said that is not the car, then they tell me that a customer already bought the other car and it was not on the lot to begin with after all week discussing the one car I was interested in,,,,I will never again go into that dealership,,,we are shopping for a honda accord and will never buy from coggin honda as they were dishonest from the get go. Well they said no problem, we will get you in and out as quick as possible. They also recommended a tire rotation and I said OK. My service rep, Florence kept me informed on the status of my car.
