I hate having to get it jumped in my hundred month Honda battery was only five years old. I understand batteries don't last as long in the heat of Florida. Several places I checked with just wanted to install a battery without checking it at the average price of $140 including my original Honda dealer in Orange Park. I called Coggins because it's closer to me and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could install 100 month Honda battery with warrantee in my car out the door for $116.62 they had the battery on sale :-)I came right over And waited the required our wall my battery was tested to make sure that was the problem. I left with a new battery and a smile. My service treatment was top notch even for a on sale battery. Thank you guys! I'll be back More

These guys make the car buying experience quick and painless. The level of customer service is really good and they seemed to all go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. I had a good experience with the sales associates Kelvin and DJ, and the manager Matthew took care of me as well. The head of the new car sales, Sergiey, frequently came by to make sure I was being taken care of and to see if I needed anything else. They were all really helpful without being pushy. I'm not down with pushy car salesmen who try to pressure you. This was a very relaxed environment. I'll be going back to this dealership when its time to get my wife a new car. More
$4,000 typo made by sales team. Dealt with Roger Harewood in the used car side. He was pleasant and good to deal with however after providing him with the payoff amount for my current vehicle (the one I was planning to trade) I noticed on one of the negotiation sheets that it was incorrect. I pointed it out but was immediately told that he knew that it wasn't the actual amount but that I shouldn't worry about that right now because that was "just us moving the numbers around." This happened twice. Roger, and his manager were both aware of the actual payoff amount yet still insisted that the one written was simply them "moving numbers around" in order to work the deal. After coming to an agreed price, I started the paperwork. The first document I was given that had price itemization still had the incorrect payoff amount for my car. It wasn't a small difference either. It was a $4,000 difference. I pointed it out to the finance associate and he immediately said it was a big issue. I asked to speak with Roger and his manager to see why it hadn't been corrected. The used sales manager came in and the best he could do when confronted about the mistake was say he didn't know how it happened. He said Told him the amount on the sheet was the amount I have so I asked him what happened to the original negotiation paperwork (which Roger had written the correct amount on). Sure enough, it was there and had the correct amount. I was at the dealership from 10am to 5pm. Wasted my entire day only to find a typo that may not have even been a typo after Roger and his manager had both been made aware of the issue early on. This is simply unacceptable. Two grown men in a professional environment either sincerely didn't realize a huge monetary mistake or purposely tried to scam me. Either way, worst experience I've ever had with any dealership ever. I wouldn't ever recommend going there. More

Two Awful Sales Experiences So the first time I went to this dealership I was looking at purchasing a used CR-Z from them. I went in and dealt with Roula. I felt like I was being not just pushed, but shoved, into buying the vehicle. I was there for four hours and had really made it no where. I was starving and frustrated, so I went home. I was supposed to hear from Roger in finance the next day to go over the numbers. Well that never happened because they sold the car from underneath me. Still looking for a vehicle, I decided to give them a second chance when my boyfriend, who has bought three Honda vehicles, showed me a national sales promotion that Honda was having. It was $3,500 down and $149 a month for a lease on a 2015 Civic. I stopped in and before I could even get out of my car Glenn the salesman was there. I told him I was interested in leasing a 2015 Civic. So we went inside and they drew up the numbers for the lease. The numbers they gave me were $5,000 down and my monthly payments would be $300 dollars. I then proceeded to tell him that I was there for the sale, and he said he would have to work on it. Work on what dude?!?! I told Glenn that I was going to go home and talk to my boyfriend about the numbers. Then one of the Sales Managers, Bridgett, came over and asked me how they could earn my business. I told her that exactly what I told Glenn, and she proceeded to give me a little attitude, got up and made a snarky comment as she walked away. Needless to say I was irritated when I left the dealership. I went home and Glenn called me the next day asking what we had decided. I said I was disappointed that I they didn't honor the national sale from Honda. Then he proceeded to tell me that he really didn't know about the sales that were going on. I'm sorry? So, you're telling me that as a SALESPERSON you do not know about the SALES that Honda offers. Are you kidding me? Plus, I even saw signs advertising the sale when I walked into the dealership. Overall, both times I have been to this dealership to try to purchase a vehicle I Had awful experiences. I felt like they tried to take advantage of me and make excuses for themselves. Also, not impressed with the way management handled themselves. You do not make comments under your breath when the customer your making them about can hear you. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership, and my boyfriend will not be bringing his vehicle here for service anymore. I will tell everyone I can about my horrible experiences. More
