Everybody was great, understanding, patient, beyond accommodating....I've been going to Honda since I moved to the area June 2018 for service with my civic and I would not go anywhere else! They have free coffee, popcorn, a movie theater area with comfy seats, while waiting for your vehicle :) . They also provide service if you need a ride to and or from work--which worked to my benefit being that the dealership is not far from my work. More

Out of all of the sales reps I worked with, Alberto was the most professional and upfront. But I was most impressed with him after the purchase. He made sure that all of my add-ons were ordered and delivered on time. I also had an issue with some scratches on the car and Alberto made sure it was detailed thoroughly and that I was taken care of properly due to any inconvenience. Again, not only did he communicate with me during the initial purchase, but also after the purchase. Some sales people will pass you off after they get the purchase, but not Alberto! I now see why Alberto has a banner hanging from the ceiling at the dealership. More

Service Appointments are a Joke! Appointments here are a joke! I made an appointment for a Recall repair for my truck, a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, for a potential fuel pump leak that can Appointments here are a joke! I made an appointment for a Recall repair for my truck, a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, for a potential fuel pump leak that can cause a fire. I was at Service at the appointed time. I asked the service advisor how long the repair would take. He stated, "there are so many people here, it will be at least 4 hours." Talking with other truck owners, their repairs took from 45 minutes to a maximum of 1.5 hours! I was prepared for 2 hours, because I have to wait for the service. So when he told me 4 hours, I left and have no plans to return to Coggin until they can get their act together! Many other reviews identify this scheduling problem also. Sometimes, you will get a "canned" response on your review saying how disappointed they are that you weren't happy with their service, but nothing changes. They still render poor customer service.
