I have been a dedicated customer of Coggin Services for a decade and I am still amazed by their customer service! After months of research, I visited Coggin Honda simply to see their inventory. I had a vehicle and price range in mind, and never intended to make a purchase. Until.... I met Nick Daniels! I recommend him to every future buyer! Nick spent time to ensure he knew my specific interests and what I was in the market for... He found vehicles catered to my specific wants and needs, and then we stumbled on to the vehicle that sang to my soul!!! He made the whole process comfortable, and most importantly, I felt I was browsing and driving with a friend. terrible planning in service department I had an appointment for service on my car. After waiting 3 1/2 hours....no one had even looked at my car! If I hadn't asked what was taking so long, I had an appointment for service on my car. After waiting 3 1/2 hours....no one had even looked at my car! If I hadn't asked what was taking so long, I would not have known they didn't look at my car yet. Then, the mechanic authorized to look at my car (its a Mitsubishi that I purchased there) left early! I had to leave my car there for two days. They did pay for the rental car and did not charge me for the service. However, I was traveling the net day after picking up my car and wound up stuck in Titusville with a dead battery. Maybe diagnostics should have picked up on this problem? Maybe they let it go because the service was "no charge" and they only dealt with what I described and never bothered to tell me my battery was dead as well. I will never go back there. More
