Out of all of the sales reps I worked with, Alberto was the most professional and upfront. But I was most impressed with him after the purchase. He made sure that all of my add-ons were ordered and delivered on time. I also had an issue with some scratches on the car and Alberto made sure it was detailed thoroughly and that I was taken care of properly due to any inconvenience. Again, not only did he communicate with me during the initial purchase, but also after the purchase. Some sales people will pass you off after they get the purchase, but not Alberto! I now see why Alberto has a banner hanging from the ceiling at the dealership. More

Service Appointments are a Joke! Appointments here are a joke! I made an appointment for a Recall repair for my truck, a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, for a potential fuel pump leak that can Appointments here are a joke! I made an appointment for a Recall repair for my truck, a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, for a potential fuel pump leak that can cause a fire. I was at Service at the appointed time. I asked the service advisor how long the repair would take. He stated, "there are so many people here, it will be at least 4 hours." Talking with other truck owners, their repairs took from 45 minutes to a maximum of 1.5 hours! I was prepared for 2 hours, because I have to wait for the service. So when he told me 4 hours, I left and have no plans to return to Coggin until they can get their act together! Many other reviews identify this scheduling problem also. Sometimes, you will get a "canned" response on your review saying how disappointed they are that you weren't happy with their service, but nothing changes. They still render poor customer service. Since I was in the market for another Honda, he was the first person I called. In short - another great sales experience. I can't recommend Alberto enough - courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant in negotiations. Everything that you would want when buying a car. The overall experience with everyone that I dealt with (including the GM Ryun Pavlicek and F&I manager Tyson Mergener) was well deserving of a 5 star rating. They were more than fair in their negotiations with me. This isn't my closest Honda dealership, but I will gladly travel the 75 mile round trip again when I'm in the market for another Honda. More
