My wife and I went to Coggin Honda Jacksonville and took home our desired Honda Odyssey 2019. The following day, I was uneasy and just felt uncomfortable driving around. So we decided to stop by at this dealership and request to change our van to a sedan. Alberto Diaz assisted us extremely well. He made us feel that he understood our predicament. He suggested a car that would suit our need AND he worked wonders to void our purchase of the van. In a blitz, we got a molten lava colored Honda Civic 2019! Thanks to Alberto and Ibrahim who did the numbers (and possibly haggled with their managers in our behalf) and got us another good deal. It was truly a wonderful experience getting a car from this dealership. The customer service we experienced was exemplary! Ten stars to Laurie (who assisted us in getting the Odessy), Alberto, Ibrahim , and to their managers! More

Great experience at Coggin Honda Used Cars on Alantic Ave. We went to look at one car but the time we arrived it was already sold. Our salesman Salah showed us a couple other cars. The price was a little over what we were looking to spend. We were able to come up with a price that was still in our budget without any type of pressure. The finance department was very easy to work with answering all questions. Upon picking up the car we had a small issue when leaving. I brought the car back and they looked at and fixed the problem without any hassle. In my mind they truly do want to provide excellent customer service at the used car sales. More

efficient, friendly, lovely service this was the best car-buying experience i have ever had and i'm 69 years old and have done a lot of "hard time" in car dealerships. i was blessed to this was the best car-buying experience i have ever had and i'm 69 years old and have done a lot of "hard time" in car dealerships. i was blessed to have Gino as my salesman. i got a super deal and didn't drive off the lot until he made sure that i practiced and understood how to safely drive my wonderful new Honda. i am keeping my ears wide open for other senior citizens who are planning a new car purchase and insist that they shop at Coggins. I'll tell them to call ahead and ask for Gino! In my short wait during a service appointment I enjoyed a bagel and cup of coffee while I watched "we bought a zoo" in the mini-theater. He gave us a tutorial session on how to use the technology - set up our phones and many other things. I'm a little old lady, and he treated me like his Mama. Everybody was great, understanding, patient, beyond accommodating....I've been going to Honda since I moved to the area June 2018 for service with my civic and I would not go anywhere else! They have free coffee, popcorn, a movie theater area with comfy seats, while waiting for your vehicle :) . They also provide service if you need a ride to and or from work--which worked to my benefit being that the dealership is not far from my work. More
