efficient, friendly, lovely service this was the best car-buying experience i have ever had and i'm 69 years old and have done a lot of "hard time" in car dealerships. i was blessed to this was the best car-buying experience i have ever had and i'm 69 years old and have done a lot of "hard time" in car dealerships. i was blessed to have Gino as my salesman. i got a super deal and didn't drive off the lot until he made sure that i practiced and understood how to safely drive my wonderful new Honda. i am keeping my ears wide open for other senior citizens who are planning a new car purchase and insist that they shop at Coggins. I'll tell them to call ahead and ask for Gino! In my short wait during a service appointment I enjoyed a bagel and cup of coffee while I watched "we bought a zoo" in the mini-theater. Thanks to all of you for all the creature comforts. More

Everybody was great, understanding, patient, beyond accommodating....I've been going to Honda since I moved to the area June 2018 for service with my civic and I would not go anywhere else! They have free coffee, popcorn, a movie theater area with comfy seats, while waiting for your vehicle :) . They also provide service if you need a ride to and or from work--which worked to my benefit being that the dealership is not far from my work. More

Out of all of the sales reps I worked with, Alberto was the most professional and upfront. But I was most impressed with him after the purchase. He made sure that all of my add-ons were ordered and delivered on time. I also had an issue with some scratches on the car and Alberto made sure it was detailed thoroughly and that I was taken care of properly due to any inconvenience. Again, not only did he communicate with me during the initial purchase, but also after the purchase. Some sales people will pass you off after they get the purchase, but not Alberto! I now see why Alberto has a banner hanging from the ceiling at the dealership. More
