This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I did not know what to expect other than the above. I literally could not have done this without the excellent customer service from Alberto and assistance from my Father. Alberto was extremely knowledgeable about what he was talking about and doing. He was very down to earth which is always an A+ to any customer such as myself. Recommended dealer 10/10! This is the place I want to bring my friends to and the dealer I want my friends to meet. Frustrated customer Came in because 2 of my door locks were bad. They were intermittently locking and unlocking. I was there for several hours. Technician said he had d Came in because 2 of my door locks were bad. They were intermittently locking and unlocking. I was there for several hours. Technician said he had done a diagnostic on the vehicle . When finished ,brought my car up , I paid $155.00 to have it fixed...fine. Upon leaving the dealership, click, click, click! Problem still there, turned right around before even leaving; parked my car walked back inside and asked to see Sevice Manager. He brought up technician. We all talked, tech took car back, (let me just say this.... I have a Fit, the tech was a very large man, as he tried to squeeze himself into my car... sliding down my seat, he messed up the foam inside the seat!) 30 minutes later he brought it back to me. I asked what he did to fix the problem. He told me he removed a fuse!!! For that I paid $155.00 dollars!!!plus NOW the driver seat is Scrunchie ... had to manipulate the foam to make the seat not lumpy! Told the service manager about the seat, he could not do anything about that then gave me a coupon for an oil change ! I tell you what, my seat did Not look like that when I came into the dealership AND it should have looked the same when I left! Not too with this dealership More
