I would give it zero stars if I could. Today for the second time I schedule an appointment for my vehicle for 1:00pm it is now 4:39 pm and my vehicle has not been touched. When I ask about status they second time I schedule an appointment for my vehicle for 1:00pm it is now 4:39 pm and my vehicle has not been touched. When I ask about status they say they’re busy that it will take 2-2 1/2 more hours until my car gets touched. This is unacceptable! The lack of communication from the staff looking at me sit there 3 hours and not even check get going on it’s insane l. What’s the point of having an appointment and having to wait an excessive amount of time for an oil change, tire rotation and break fluid. I got a my bad for an apology and a bring your car tomorrow and we will TRY! Totally unacceptable More
