July 22, 2022 I took my sister-in-laws Honda Civic in for a shudder in the transmission. I was required to leave the vehicle for 2 to 3 day and it would be diagnosed within 24 hours. Per advertised the diagn a shudder in the transmission. I was required to leave the vehicle for 2 to 3 day and it would be diagnosed within 24 hours. Per advertised the diagnostic was free. After 48 hours and no return phone calls I went to the dealership and confronted the service advisor. He had the diagnostic but had not prepared the estimate so we waited. The only option he gave me was a new transmission for $6.870.27. No other option was suggested or provided. I contacted Alvies Transmission and after describing my condition he suggest using a premium transmission fluid and changing the fluid twice. We used Valvoline Multi-Vehicle (ATF) Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid. The Master Tech at Maxi Auto Care on Beach Blvd performed the service. He test drove prior to the service confirming the condition and after servicing test drove again. The problem was gone. I was not offered this option at a first step to correct my problem, just $6,870.27 for a new transmission. We are very disappointed that a Honda Certified shop would not know the best option to offer just the most expensive. More
Purchased a used vehicle here three months ago and within the first two weeks it was in the shop and I had to call AAA for roadside assistance. I have now owned it for three months and it has had three more service calls at the dealership and two appointments at Discount Tire. They replace the sensors in the tires but they go bad again in a few weeks. I just picked it up from their service department with tire light still flashing and was told they ordered the parts…. but gave it back to me to drive like this. More

I found a few available online so next was to face the fear of buying a vehicle, site unseen, online. I looked for 2 months and dealt with many dealerships. Cogdill Honda Jacksonville did the best job communicating by far!! My sales rep, Will Smith, was very patient with my million questions and never left me hanging waiting for answers. After the accident I was already dealing with many challenges and was not looking forward to what headaches I might have buying a vehicle online. And I did have issues with communication from other dealerships but Will was so on the spot. I had great peace the entire time. He made sure everything flowed smoothly. I really can't emphasize enough, how great the experience was. If you're looking for a vehicle at a great price but even more, a dealership that will bend over backwards to accommodate you, that you can trust, don't look any farther than Cogdill Honda!!! More
Coggin Honda really knows "how not to treat" repeat customers, and inevitably missed out on a major sale. Thus far, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Coggin Honda on Atlantic Blvd, a white 2003 Acur customers, and inevitably missed out on a major sale. Thus far, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Coggin Honda on Atlantic Blvd, a white 2003 Acura CL Type-S, and a white 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L. I returned this week to purchase another sedan, either a 2021 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T or a 2021 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T, but instead I was compelled to walk out after being utterly disrespected. I showed up for an appointment with my current sedan, a 2015 Acura RLX (w/Advance Package), that I purchased from Fields Mercedes-Benz in OCT2018. I arrived with the intention of trading it in and leaving with a new car (no need for extended warranties when there's only 2 miles on the odometer). Prior to arrival, I listed my RLX on AutoTrader & Facebook Marketplace. I also received the KBB Instant Cash Offer for $11,000 (the KBB ICO “range” was from $11,000 to $14,000). I had already received multiple offers for my RLX, from various dealerships, including an offer from a fellow Coggin Auto Group dealer for $13,000 (Coggin Toyota, near the Avenues Mall). Instead of accurately appraising my RLX with an understandable deduction for the mileage, they focused solely on an obvious CLERICAL ERROR from a Fields Mercedes-Benz staff member (per the Carfax) that occurred BEFORE I ever bought the RLX. The results: I was presented a poor excuse of an offer that amounts to a slap to the face and was a blatant waste of valuable time. There's an inventory shortage when it comes to new Honda's. Not sure if that's the logic they've used to monumentally miss the mark on an appraisal. Guess I'll have to experience that new car smell elsewhere. Word-of-mouth travels fast! More

Coggin Honda is great! Will Smith, in particular, is a fabulous car salesman. He is nice, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not the stereo typical pushy car salesman. It was obvious that Will wanted me to leave with the perfect car for my needs, not just any car he could sell me. Though there was not a lot of inventory at the time I was shopping, Paul the manager (Certified Used Honda’s) and Will both worked together to get me into exactly what I wanted and even worked with me on the price! Two days after the purchase, I noticed a minor issue with the windshield and Will made sure it was taken care of within a couple of days. I highly recommend Coggin Honda. If you need a certified used car, go to Coggin Honda and ask for Will Smith. You will not be disappointed! More
