I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 40 years. I have owned only Hondas and they are great cars very reliable. I have always used Honda service in Patchogue NY for my repairs and was very satisfied I have owned only Hondas and they are great cars very reliable. I have always used Honda service in Patchogue NY for my repairs and was very satisfied with there service, so I was very disappointed in the poor service I received at Coggin in Jacksonville,Florida. Not only did they take an appointment for an oil change they didn’t have time for so I sat there for several hours than they told me I need several thousand in extra work. I had just had my car check from the other Honda dealer I trusted in NY before traveling to FL who said everything was looking good. The only good thing I can say about Coggin is they have a nice movie area to wait in for hours. More

I walked in and couldn’t find the name I was supposed to look for but Christopher helped me out and checked me in instead. What a cool guy. The wait time was very long compared to my other Honda dealer closer to home but here there was better waiting area quality and a mini movie theater which came by surprise. Jonathan was awesome too he made me feel right at home and didn’t make the experience feel like an unnecessarily professional interaction but rather spoke to me like a friend and I appreciated it. He also walked me through the numbers on the alignment just to make sure I was informed. Awesome work from Jonathan Jiang. More

I travel two hours just get my oil changed at the dealership because of the service supervisors that I have my Hernandez and Jeremy Liles. I like the dealership and the cars are of great quality. I have family that work there and referred us. The issue that I came across was when I dropped my car off to have work done communication stopped bet I have family that work there and referred us. Every time I called to get the status on my vehicle I didn’t get an awnser. I even was put on hold for about an hour and then disconnected and unable to get ahold of anyone. I can see if this happened for 1 day. But no this happened for about a week. I was very mad. I finally got my vehicle fixed and back. I had just bought the car. They have all these awards for costumer service. After this I’m not sure how they got those. More
Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I waited almost 6 hours for an oil change and two new tires. Service representative was not attentive and simply placated me. I requested 3 different times for new tires to be installed on the front and discovered they were placed on the back rear (for a front wheel drive Hrv). I brought this to attention of the attendant and he profusely apologized and offered to get me in again with a new appointment: Needless to say after 6 plus hours this rather lame excuse and offering wasn’t going to ameliorate my request. Will not be back at this dealership. Good luck solving your internal problems of poor operation serving the Honda families and general public! More
