I visited Mike Davidson Ford in August. I was torn between a Camaro and a Mustang. I had planned to visit Chevrolet afterwards. After speaking with Joe, I never set foot near a Chevrolet dealership. Joe stood by and worked with me for three months. I visited every other Ford dealership in Jax, St. Augustine, Miami and Atlanta. Out of all of those dealerships, Joe was the only salesman I trusted. I scheduled a test drive online and received 2 calls from their office to verify I would be there that day. This wasn't a problem but when my family and I showed up at the prescribed time, no one seemed to k their office to verify I would be there that day. This wasn't a problem but when my family and I showed up at the prescribed time, no one seemed to know what to do to help us or how to find the sales person who originally talked to me to confirm the test drive appointment. Then once they replaced our original sales person who was with another customer with Ryan, he didn't seem to know much about the Fusion. Instead of telling us about the features and selling points of the car, we had to ask about what the car had to offer. Overall it didn't seem like they were very interested in selling the car or showing it off to win a customer over the other dealerships in the area. Consequently we purchased a new car from another dealership. More

He was a pleasure to work with. We have bought cars for over 30 years and Kevin made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. It was on our second visit that we made our purchase of two new vehicles(we were still shopping on our first visit). My husband had purchased several vehicles in the past from Mike Davidson Ford and this will definitely not be our last. Everyone we dealt with definitely went above and beyond to make our experience one that exceeded our expectations. While driving a brand new car is exciting, I dread the process of purchasing one however this time was so easy that I wanted to share the experience we had. Patrick Theriault was our "no pressure" sales person. He was very patient with us and never made uf feel pressured to rush into a decision. We dealt with Patrick both on our first and second visits. John Moon, his sales manager was great. Both he and Patrick assisted us in making our final decision and offered us a price and financing offer that we felt comfortable with. We did some comparison shopping at other dealers with some different makes and models prior to making our purchase and we found that we received the best value and options for our money. Ron Mack and Ben Mitts also offered us great customer service. I had ordered some floors mats for my vehicle but when I brought my car in to have the remote start installed, they had not come in yet. So the next day Ron stopped by my job after he got off of work and brought them to me -- and I do not work around the corner from the dealership. Ben was very entertaining during our time of signing the paperwork to finalize financing and so forth. We have had the opportunity to deal with all of these individuals several times since our purchase and they continue to exceed our expectations. Everyone we have come in contact with, from the moment we walk into the door and are greeted by the receptionist to the time we leave, is so friendly. This dealership must be a great place to work because everyone is always smiling. They truly are the "good guys at Mike Davidson Ford." More
