Ernesto, our dealer, went out of his way to offer that car to us at an amazing deal and give us a great offer on our trade in too. First we had issues setting up our routine maintenance. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate the tires and had to take it back in to complete it. Another her lady sitting near me had been there over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Steering wheel was all readjusted, and mirror pointing straight down. NEVER GOING BACK, Wish it was Mike Davidson again. Service then was excellent More

I knew what I wanted prior to going to Coggin and Avis asked all of the right questions to get me into a vehicle that met my needs, with a price to fit my budget. Extremely courteous, engaged, and friendly is how I described the interaction. Avis gave me the undivided attention that I expected and exceeded all of my expectations. He followed up the following day to make sure that my new vehicle met my needs and to let me know that if there was anything the I needed I was to contact him directly. "I am not a car salesman, I'm a customer care consultant" was one of his earliest and most memorable statements to me. Quick, fair, and easy buying process. I went to dealership with the approximate amount I was willing to pay for a vehicle. Starting with my salesman, Jermaine Bailey, from the general manager to the finance manager, everyone did a great job. My salesman, Avis, was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to discover what my expectations were in my new truck purchase. He worked diligently to find the exact truck that I wanted; driving three hundred miles (round trip) to get a truck that I ultimately did not purchase, it was an extended cab and I needed a crew cab. All the staff were understanding of my families needs and went to extraordinary lengths to find the truck that I did buy. I would like to thank, Avis, Mike, and Jay, for all their hard work to facilitate the sale, and whole hardly recommend anyone looking to buy an new Ford to go to Coggin Ford on Atlantic. More
