Ask for Brandon Fagan. Great Customer Service and returns your calls. Overall experience was fair. Paperwork had to be done all over again as original Finance Manager had left. First person I spoke with abou your calls. Overall experience was fair. Paperwork had to be done all over again as original Finance Manager had left. First person I spoke with about vehicle did not explain the real condition when I asked. I bought this sight unseen over the Internet. Happy with deal we got. More
This is the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I went in with my car on Tuesday, September 8th for an appointment at 10:30 am because a piece flew off while I was driving. Since I was a long time. I went in with my car on Tuesday, September 8th for an appointment at 10:30 am because a piece flew off while I was driving. Since I was there anyway, I asked for a quote for a tune up service and was asked to wait a few minutes and she'd let me know about the quote. After waiting an hour I went over and asked Terry Workman to please give me a call if it would be later than 4 pm so that I could schedule a rental because I had to be somewhere at 6 pm. Terry called at 6:15 asking if I decided to get work done that I had already declined at 12 pm. I asked if it would be ready in the am and she said it should be. I called just before lunch the next day to find out if I needed a rental and was told she'd call me back in 5 minutes and she never called back. I went in later in the afternoon on the second day to get a status and was sent away in a rental. I asked if that meant it would be another day and was told she didn't know because someone was at lunch (I assume it was the mechanic). I get that things are crazy due to Covid-19, but a little communication goes a long way. I don't expect express service either, I just wanted to be able to plan. The money I've spent on Ubers could have easily covered a rental and cut down on interactions with all the different people whose cars I had to be in. I finally picked up my car Saturday, September 12th and got in to drive off and It didn’t want to start, and the engine light was on. I tried starting it 3 times before going back inside and handing my keys back over. After an hour of waiting the mechanic handed me the keys and said, “sorry about that I forgot to connect the 2 cables to…”. After paying a nearly $4200 bill, $2900 just for labor no one should be “forgetting” anything. I didn’t bother arguing though, I was just happy to finally have my car back. Driving home I noticed that my car felt like it wanted to cut off and was hesitating as I drove it. I decided not to deal with Terry Workman my original service advisor and called the service department assistant manager, Edward McKeon who asked me to bring it back in for observation overnight. On my way to pick up a rental the Enterprise driver let me vent about my dissatisfaction and said to me sadly that “it is not the first time he has heard bad things about the service department”. I’m very disappointed and will not be doing business with Coggin Ford in the future. More
I am very disappointed with my experience at coggin Ford service department. I set an appointment and brought my truck in for intermittent stalling issues. $158 later I was told 100%, it was because of my service department. I set an appointment and brought my truck in for intermittent stalling issues. $158 later I was told 100%, it was because of my catalytic converter and it needed replaced. I replaced my catalytic converter just to have the truck break down and stall again 2 months later. I brought the truck back in with an appointment at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday morning. my plan was to wait but I was told they had a backlog from Saturday and they probably couldn't get to it until the afternoon. I was called at 3:00 that afternoon being told they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck but again I was charged with a service fee. I used my truck to make a living and I'm all over the town and now I'm afraid to drive it. I asked him if they would keep my truck until they can find the problem and give me a loaner so I can continue to work with no response back. I don't feel that it was fair that I was charged when they didn't figure out the problem. they claim they have stated the art computer system and service bays but if the Ford dealer can't find out what's wrong then what do I do. they claim they tried as hard as they could but couldn't copy the problem which makes me feel like I'm being called a liar. Now I'm in a serious situation needing to work. I will never go back More
I've done business three times at the service department, all three were awful. Either they don't fix the problem or repair the wrong part. And don't bother scheduling an oil change or you'll be waiting for all three were awful. Either they don't fix the problem or repair the wrong part. And don't bother scheduling an oil change or you'll be waiting for two hours. Why do they they offer reservations if they don't take in your car in the shop until you've been waiting an hour. Don't ask Lou, he'll just blame the call center in Georgia. Absolutely terrible customer service. More
I found a 2004 F-150 Supercab on the internet. Filled out the interested inquiry online and spoke to Chyna first then Ashley. The price was $5002 and Ashley quoted me payment info and terms for that pric out the interested inquiry online and spoke to Chyna first then Ashley. The price was $5002 and Ashley quoted me payment info and terms for that price. I clearly expressed to Ashley that if the truck drives ok I would buy it. Made an appointment and showed up early. But I noticed around 11am or so before my appointment at 6:30 to 6:45pm the internet price jumped from $5002 to a little over $10k. At 11:40am I received an appointment confirmation from Chyna. I was sent an email on what the Dealer price and vehicle description was which matched what I had seen online. But again the internet price was listed at over $10k now when it was $5002 when I viewed it last night. So when I arrived at 6:12pm at Coggin Ford I was told that the truck had been sold. I say don't waste your time with this dealership as they are far far less than honest. I'm sure you're going to read some bs reply like so many out here that says "Sorry you had a bad experience, but we want your business" , but in reality a dealership that doesn't care equally about meeting the needs of every customer (big or little), not even being friendly enough to apologize or try and sell me something else doesn't deserve my business or yours. Be sure and comb thru the real reviews where you see 1-2 stars make your decision based on those. 2020-08-18 I get this from coggin: Donald, Thank you for taking the time to visit us, we really appreciate it. How did everything go? If you could say there was one thing preventing you from moving forward, what would that one thing be? Thanks, Chyna More

Multi car buyer I have been dealing on this corner for 20 years. During this time I have walked out several times over salesmen's lack of honesty. Ernesto has sold me I have been dealing on this corner for 20 years. During this time I have walked out several times over salesmen's lack of honesty. Ernesto has sold me t least four automobiles and has been involved jointly on several. I find him to have excellent customer care after the purchase and no one else has came close. Although I have not been by the dealership in months, I will look up their inventory when I am ready to buy again. More
Transmission JUST out of warranty Our 2015 Ford Flex with 65,000 miles threw a transmission and we had an analysis from another Ford Dealership on the issue. We called FORD to see if Our 2015 Ford Flex with 65,000 miles threw a transmission and we had an analysis from another Ford Dealership on the issue. We called FORD to see if there was anything they would do to help us since the transmission was JUST 5000 miles outside of warranty and FORD flatly said no. When I called Coggin to ask for their help - they indicated that the car - EVEN though it had a service technician's analysis from another dealership - would need to be towed to their dealership for another service fee in order for them to verify that the transmission did indeed need to be repaired/replaced. They were unwilling to assist with FORD corporate and without saying it - told me that my 2 purchases from their dealership meant nothing. I'll never buy another vehicle from Coggin - NOR will I buy another FORD. More
