Came into Coggin Honda not expecting to purchase a vehicle but left with one anyways. I was approached by Jeff who was awesome. We went out to look at one of the cars we pulled up online and he told me a little bit about it. We went out for a test drive and I loved the car. Jeff was cool the whole time, it was almost like dealing with a friend. There was a little confusion towards the end of the sale which ended in higher monthly payments than i would have liked and was told i was going to get. Overall though a good experience and i would definitely recommend the dealership to a friend. More

When I approached the two salesmen outside of the dealership I asked fo see an Acura; I forgot it has its own dealership. He could answer my questions with answers reflecting his knowledge of the car. He was very polite and not once did he try to push me into a sale. He was diligent in getting me the best deal available and to my satisfaction. When I returned the next day for a tutorial he was very patient with my questions. Andrew never made me feel stupid for the numerous inquires I had. When he did not have a response, he sought out someone who did. I would tell anyone looking for a new Honda to request Andrew Russo. I went to Coggin's grand opening event last week, thinking I would-- at most-- test drive something. I'd never purchased a new car before, but was interested in the Honda CRV and Champ left the party to show me why this vehicle would not only be comfortable on my long commutes, but how much safer it will keep me on the road as well! I never DREAMED I could afford a brand new car (and I hadn't started saving for one), but by the end of the night, Champ negotiated such a VERY GOOD price on my behalf that I was able to pick up my NEW CAR THE VERY NEXT MORNING!!!
