Had a very good experience with Kristian and Santiago. They were quick to respond and very straight-forward to deal with. I would not hesitate to buy from them and Coggin-Deland again. My only nit-pick was I thought the actual pick up of the car (signing papers and everything else that is required) took just a bit too long. However, that might just be the time that is necessary. We went in to the coggin Honda dealer in deland and was helped by Kristian who was very nice and patient. He showed us a couple different cars until we decided on the car. I asked about finance option and told him what I was hoping to keep my payments at, he came back with a number that worked however I asked to see the the other options with less months to see what that would look like and someone else came over from the finance team and I don’t remember his name but he was extremely rude. If Kristian was so nice and helpful, we would have probably just left. The sale only happened because of Kristian! More
