SERVICE VISIT

I was traveling 250 miles from home and my car would not start. I called the dealership and they recommended a tow service that arrived within 45 minutes. SERVICE VISIT

Simple oil change turned into extended time waiting due to shop compressor break down. Dealer did right by comping the service. No reason to be upset with dealership. SERVICE VISIT

Not happy about my catalytic repair warranty, replace both catalytic system back in Nov 21 and then 22 and now its again needing replacing, the amount it cost to replace is too much, manfacturer of item both catalytic system back in Nov 21 and then 22 and now its again needing replacing, the amount it cost to replace is too much, manfacturer of item should be charged not the customer. Other cat as 5 years warranty, Ford Fix or Replace Daily "FORD" NOT HAPPY More
