I knew that I wanted the Ford Fusion Hybrid, but hadn't settled on which trim level and options. Jeff Hall spent a lot of time with me, and never made me feel like I was being "sold to." He knew what I wanted, and encouraged me to test drive the Titanium version of the car that I wanted... had he not put me behind the wheel of that particular car, I would never have considered going up a trim level. Once we did the math, it was pretty obvious that I could move up a level without paying an arm and a leg! Though I didn't want a lot of the additional options on that Titanium model on the lot, Jeff was happy to order exactly the car I wanted. It arrived two days ago, and it's PERFECT! I've never had such a great experience at a dealership. I felt valued as a customer. I'll recommend Jeff Hall and Coggin Deland Ford to anyone who'll listen! Thanks Jeff!!! More

Coggin Ford was very responsive from the moment that I arrived at the Dealership. I was met at the door by Mr. Wallace. I told him what I was looking to buy. I had a great sales experience here but their service manager and service tech are the worst in any dealership that I have ever experienced. They could not fix the problem with my car that I bought from manager and service tech are the worst in any dealership that I have ever experienced. They could not fix the problem with my car that I bought from them but still insisted I pay the almost $1,000.00 work order. I had it back in there at least 4 times and they couldn't fix it. The car will not restart after driving it for a 30 minutes or more. The service writer, Dawn, was nice but the service manager was so rude and said he didn't know anything about Fords that he had been with Chevrolet for over 20 years. How is this guy still working there? I should have sued them but I am not into that. We own a business in Deland and I have told anyone that will listen to steer clear of Coggin Ford. More
