Hello Mr. Sidana, I find your response very interesting and further proof of the unethical business practices that appears to be standard operating procedures at your dealership. Are you now ready to stand by your promise to extend the bumper to bumper warranty that was promised for my daughter's car? You said that you would get back to me but I never recieved an email or phone call. By the way, do you consider it an ethical practice to audio tap conversations with customers without informing them that this is occurring? I stand by my original assessment that no one in your leadership team would last very long at my father's dealership which operated over 40 years. At my father's funeral, the whole town turned out for the ceremony, how many will attend yours or your sales manager?
