A complete rip-off, poor customer service, waste of of time If I can give them no star, I won't. I have been a Ford loyal customer for 17 years. Two Ford Expedition, Ford probe GT, Ford mustang GT, two Ford tau If I can give them no star, I won't. I have been a Ford loyal customer for 17 years. Two Ford Expedition, Ford probe GT, Ford mustang GT, two Ford taurus. They called me and convinced me to believe that they had a vehicle for me. That I'm a Ford credit "Platinum" and convince me to trade in my Ford Taurus 2015 that has less than 31,000 miles for a 2017 band new Ford explorer which I left with the day before Christmas. Some Christmas present this was for my family. After a few weeks and the run around they told me I needed a cosigner cause its off by $6000. General manager Steve said they can add $2-3000 onto my trade in and I told them I can only put $1000. So where left with $2000 in the air. Steve GM stated to us he'll call us back in 24 hrs to work something out, never called. I called and called, then Robert in finance left a message to call back which I did. The # he left was not a good #, went to a electronic message that didn't identify who or where I was calling. So after calling main # and being persistent, is when I got a call back from Robert in finance. He refused to give me answers to the questions I asked in regards to the information he was giving. He gave false information, told me I didn't call. Yelled at me LOOK YOU HAD THAT CAR FOR THREE WEEKS NOW, you need to come today or your refusing. Mind you I'm waiting for the general manager who informed me last Thursday, that there was a problem. Because he already told me on that day, he spoke to Ford credit (my present loan company) that I was only approved for $31,000. Larry the sales manager spoke to me like I was a nobody and lied in my face about information I already knew. I asked to speak to Steve only to keep being told that Steve the general manager was busy with other customers files (like my situation wasn't important). Mind you I saw him laughing with a coworker through the window. Larry then came and said I wasn't approve with the cosigner. Take your car back (it was already next to the new car and they had already took the plates off the new car) there's nothing we can do. So Coggin Deland Ford dealer preferred to take a lost by now having to put that car as a used car. Then to work with me with the $2000 differences. To top it off, Larry had the audacity to tell me when I get $3000 to come back and we'll make something happen. ARE YOU SERIOUS, you really think I will be doing business with Ford yet alone COGGIN DELAND FORD ever again. But that's what I get for being a Ford loyal customer. I even did my maintenance services there. NOT NO MORE, thank you for your extremely poor customer service. More

He made my trip to Florida and to the Dealership a wonderful and rewarding experience.
