Easiest decision based on value, salesman, quality of truck I have purchased my first Ford from this dealer and salesman 3 years ago. Went in for oil change and decided to look at the 2019 close outs. My salesm I have purchased my first Ford from this dealer and salesman 3 years ago. Went in for oil change and decided to look at the 2019 close outs. My salesman was available and in less than 1 hour, I found a truck that would meet my newer needs but the price wasn't a slam dunk. Went home, discussed the truck with my wife and then researched what other dealers had to offer. Called my salesman and he sent me a text with an offer below what I was willing to settle on. Bought the truck the next day. I am happy to work with folks at Coggin Ford as long as they continue this excellent service! PS: Bought a Honda for my granddaughter at Coggin Honda next door and had equally great service. It must be a company wide theme: treat the customer right or they will go elsewhere! More

Oil change Had oil changed recently. "The Works". Paid the bill, was handed two sheets of paper stapled together. Assumed page two was details of multi-point in Had oil changed recently. "The Works". NOT So now I don't know if the inspected anything. Nothing about condition of tires, air pressure, filter life, etc. I know they did not top off windshield washer fluid. Very disappointed. More
