We remember the days of buying a new vehicle when that was not such a great experience and we ended up walking out. Not this time we were given several options and time to discuss. We left with a lower interest rate then we thought going in and extras. Orlando was patient and very professional and everyone else was too. This is the third vehicle we purchased at Coggin Deland Ford over the years and will refer others plus come back in the future. More

The service I received at Coggin Deland Ford was good as usual. However, in my opinion, the original service advisor assign to me (Ricky Blake) must have been having an off day. After dealing with him I had decided to not return to this dealership where I had bought my car and had it serviced several times over the last ten years. Thank you Mr Blake for assigning me to Mark Lutheran, Quicklane Service Advisor. He was polite, kept me informed, searched the service records for a motor craft battery purchase as I did not have the receipt and also honored the Full Service Coupon sent to me via email.
