Went in for service to fix the right front pass door. Sat for over two hours for them to tell me they didn’t have the part. The part was ordered prior to my arrival and they didn’t bother to check. The sales team was easy to deal with largely I think because I knew exactly what I wanted, knew what I had as a down payment and knew what I wanted my monthly payment to be in range of. But, there were two huge selling points for me with Coggin Ford of DeLand. The first was Jennifer’s and Andrew's willingness to stay well past closing hours on two occasions to satisfy my purchase requests AND they arranged for Uber services so I could then get my newest vehicle home. They were very accommodating and I greatly appreciate them. The second is that when it was time to pay, there was an option of donating to an HBCU. WOW! Thank you, Coggin DeLand for inclusion. Now the part that dropped this rating from at least 4.5 to 3, the finance department. HORRIBLE- absolutely horrible with callback requests. I count 11 times that I’ve called and left messages on Francisco’s voicemail, expressed extreme displeasure to Dallas and the receptionist and still no callback after over a month! On my 12th call I spoke with, I think Jimmy, who said removing the gap insurance shouldn’t be a problem and that he’d send me a form via email or call me back to say if I had to come in and sign. Welp, that still hasn’t happened and that conversation took place the 3rd week of February. I’ve since had a dear family member to die and yet I have to devote time to this shenanigans. More

For this reason, I’d rate the service an 8 out of 10. Coggin Ford provides reliable service and is worth considering for vehicle maintenance. More
