The part I appreciated the most was the fact that Mr. Richardson explained the mechanics of the car.By the time I left I knew where everything was on the dashboard and how to work it! My husband and myself have had several bad experience with other dealers in the past. When we arrived at the Hyundai dealership I was greeted with smiles. Jake introduce himself and welcomed us and ask with other dealers in the past. When we arrived at the Hyundai dealership I was greeted with smiles. Jake introduce himself and welcomed us and asked what type of vehicle we were looking for. Jake listened to us and stayed focus on what both of us were saying (often as a women the sales person focuses on male and ignores the female). Jake did show us a car which was white and did immediately took us to look at other cars once we had expressed our dislike for the white color. Jake stated that David Maus motto was "What ever it takes" and if we could not make a deal we would shake hands and walk away, what a refreshing approach after experiencing complete "Stress" when shopping for a new vehicle. My husband is currently battling cancer and Jake and all of the other were respectful and made sure that he was comfortable. I could go on and on about what a wonderful experience it was up front, honest, truthful and respectful negotiation what more could a customer ask for. I would recommend Hyundai with complete confidence that family and friends would experience the same pleasant experience when they purchase a new or used vehicles. I was also impressed that when we visited David Maus Hyundai there wasn't anybody there on a Monday there was no hassle when I asked if the program of the door locking system could be changed. The tech immediately took care of us it was not a two hour wait that we had experienced in the past. Hyundai may be the new kid on the block in car sales but in my opinion you are kicking butt in customer service. Comfort and quiet luxuries built into my car is outstanding. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and the service and overall exprience of this dealership was wonderful. Hadi, my salesperson, was very helpful and informative. I was not pressured at all and they had the best prices in the Central Florida area. Their service department is so friendly and pleasing to deal with. I was looking at the Toyota Camry, but buck for buck David Maus Hyundai gives more options, upgrades, and warranties, than Toyota. Even if I would have bought a top of the line Camry, it wouldn't have all the extras/warranties I got at Hyundai. Thank you, Hadi for a wonderful experience. More

Even with it being around 30-40 minutes after closing time when everything was taken care of the whole staff was great. The price was also the lowest around the Orlando area. This is my second purchase with David Maus Hyundai in DeLand. I traded in my Genesis Coupe and Elantra for a 2011 Sonota. Hadi Hashemi was my salesman and I, or course, had called ahead of time to make DeLand. I traded in my Genesis Coupe and Elantra for a 2011 Sonota. Hadi Hashemi was my salesman and I, or course, had called ahead of time to make sure that he would be working that day. He was my salesman when I made my first purchase in September 2010. He worked with me for a couple of days...., I'm not a very easy customer, although my husband describes me as the "salesman's dream." Last week I had been thinking about trading my Elantra and keeping my Genesis, as we no longer needed 4 cars/trucks. I stopped in and talked with Hadi and he was able to give me some options. I decided not to keep the coup, even though it is sooo much fun to drive. So, I had two cars to trade. I purchased the 2011 Sonata Limited and, to me, it's very sporty and fun to drive. I am very pleased with my purchase. I attempted to write to your dealership through this link when I first bought the two cars in Sept., but was not able to reach this page. So, I'm sorry to say that I never submitted this questionaire in September 2010. If I had I would have given Hadi "high marks." He is always easy to contact, returns phone calls quickly and is a very nice person to work with. I have recommended him to many of my friends; mentioned his name to my neighbor and they had purchased a 2010 Sonata just a few days before I purchased my two cars in Sept. 2010. He was also their salesman and they had the same good things to say about him , as I. So,I hope my two separate purchases, one in Sept 2010 and one on Jan 2, 2011 "counts" as two "good merits" for Hadi because he deserves them. P.S. Your service dept.is great! Your staff is extremely courteous. David Maus you have a great team in DeLand. and, finally, love your complementary car wash, I take advantage of it alot, I only live about two minutes from the dealership.
