NO INTEGRITY Both the service manager and general manager stated they would send me a check for $100 for a dealer installed item that was under warranty. I have spoken with them multiple times and have emails. They continue to state they are sending one, but have not. This dealership and Chevy in general has been nothing but a constant fight for warranty repairs. More

Excellent service, but pricy on repairs. Escalade oil pan leaking oil should not occur as vehicle only has less the 75K miles. Our son has a Tahoe with over 150K miles and no oil leaks.
