Excellent service, but pricy on repairs. Escalade oil pan leaking oil should not occur as vehicle only has less the 75K miles. Our son has a Tahoe with over 150K miles and no oil leaks. Purchased a vehicle only to find years later it had already had a collision repair before I bought it. Now they will not warranty the rust on those areas repaired by their subcontracted repairs to Aut already had a collision repair before I bought it. They won't even address the fact they did not notify me of the damage when looking at the vehicle. The pin stripe and molding is also falling off the vehicle and Coggin will not warranty as I am no longer in Florida (military move to West Coast). The vehicle mechanically runs great. It has been a two year fight. The paint and molding has been repaired. The dealer installed options in which I had to pay out of pocket to repair have still not been reimbursed as promised by their general and service manager. More

I came armed with a cashier's check in the amount of $75,000 to purchase a 2013 or 2014 Corvette if they had one I liked. However, no one even acknowledged our existence. Several sales associates were milling around doing nothing and not one of them even asked us if they could assist us. We had an appointment with a particular associate and he never showed up. How this car dearship stays in business is a mystery to me. My wife and I drove 25 miles to visit Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues and were treated as if we had the plague. We will never visit this dealership ever again. More
