damage done to my vehicle while in for service I brought my car in for service and when I picked it up I failed to see a 6 foot plus dent above the doors on the passenger side that had a rub mark r I brought my car in for service and when I picked it up I failed to see a 6 foot plus dent above the doors on the passenger side that had a rub mark running through the middle of it and no scratches anywhere. It appears to have been caused by a faulty car wash. I am the only one who drives this car and always hand wash the car. It is always been parked in a safe spot. Of course they denied that their car wash did this and even if that's true I know that it happened while on their watch. I can't prove it and my problem is that I didn't notice it for 2 weeks (who looks up there? and I usually wash my car every weekend but didn't the first weekend as they had just washed it, and didn't 1 week later due to weather) So not only did they deny any responsibility for it they made things worse by basically implying that it occurred in a way that I would have known about it, but I'm blaming them to get them to pay for it. Basically calling me a liar. I'm left on my own to pay for $1500 worth of damage that I'm sure they caused but can't prove. SO I'm letting everyone know. And to be as fair as possible they did offer to discount the cost to fix it at their bodyshop. I just can't justify giving them any money to fix damage I'm convinced was caused by them. #nointegrity More

Great experience with a very personable salesman I had been texting back and forth to Pilip for a while. When I finally found the time I scheduled an appointment to meet him and test drive the car. Knowing that we drove for an hour and a half to his dealership he chose to let us sit in the car while he went through each of the features before a test drive. Quick and Easy I had already researched the vehicle I wanted. I made an appt. And was greeted at the door even though I was 15 min. late. Good service, Friendly Staff, Power tailgate was extremely noisy and had a defective strut,on delivery from the factory. I had to return twice to dealership to get the strut changed. Service Manager handled the problem in a professional manner, and also provided us a complimentary loaner vehicle. Our sales consultant was very responsive to all of our questions. He had extraordinary anerpatience with us explaining and showing us all of the unfamiliar technology on the vehicle. He was very friendly and always returned our telephone calls, in a timely manner. He was very instrumental to our purchasing the vehicle from Coggins dealership. More

Lying, disrespectful, unethical dealership I leased a vehicle from this dealer. I was told they were offering a deal where they would “buyout” my current lease. The dealer website for my trade I leased a vehicle from this dealer. I was told they were offering a deal where they would “buyout” my current lease. The dealer website for my trade was down and they could not get a payoff the day I was there. They based the payoff on the number of payment I THOUGHT I had remaining. That was the amount they paid. They NEVER actually called and got the correct payout. 4 months later I get a bill for my previous car saying there were still 2 remaining payments and a disposition fee. It has taken me 2 months to get any answers from Coggin Acura. I have been promised twice that they would send me a check for ONE payment, not two as they said it is my fault not theirs. multiple calls to the GM go unreturned. I have had to drive to the dealership twice just to speak with them. Never buy a car here, they will tell you anything to get the sale and then treat you disrespectfully. More
