Repeated calls and emails to the dealership as well as more than $500 in tag/registration fees are still unresolved. Do youself a BIG favor and AVOID Coggin Acura!! More

Wanted to purchase a car from them but went to another dealer instead, glad I did because I got a newer model of the exact car I wanted and thousands of dollars cheaper. Paul is horrible as a manager and should have nothing to do with the public, he gives you the run around and then tries to befriend you when he realized that Coggin has lost a valued customers and many more to come. This team will advertise one price online and then say it was a typo and not honor it because, as they say, "it was a typo" and they are not responsible for a typo. Well now isn't that just great. Well, this is your warning to all those who plan to do business with Coggin Acura. .. Just simply don't, take your money somewhere else and you will get a lot more for it and definitely the true respect for you as a customer and one who is valued. More
Terrible Experience in Sales – DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS I wanted to see an Acura and made it clear with the first contact at Coggin that I wasn't ready to make a deal, only looking to narrow my choices. At first the experience was good but it rapidly deteriorated after a test drive. The sales person giving the demo immediately had a sales quote upon our return (prepared by someone else) with amounts completely unreasonable for a trade. When I objected, the sales person began hedging his conversation toward making a deal today for several reasons that were not valid for my needs. He didn’t focus on my issue with the trade-in quote. I asked him nicely to review the trade-in amount based on my research with three other sources. He continued to spell out his agenda and I asked again for him to review the numbers within a reasonable time (at this time I knew that he was wasting my time). No appropriate reply again and I asked for my car keys to be able to leave and he gave no response other than to continue to hard-sell. I asked for my keys again and that he could contact me later about the research that I asked him to do. He snubbed my request and I became agitated asking for my keys again (3rd time). At this point an individual who I had not met and who was not previously identified came forward with my car keys! He identified himself as the Acura dealership manager and said that I was being rude (well maybe he should check his sales techniques, he would be the responsible party). I left and will never return to Coggin. More

I went in looking at several used cars. Larry was my sales associate and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Corolla. Larry helped me throughout the entire process. We even communicated via text when I was in the office. I finished up the purchase on August 1st. Daphne came in from the sister dealer to help me with my finance documents as I had to be in WPB for a flight. She is super quick and very nice. Paul is great there too... They said that they had both original factory keys. Unfortunately, they could only locate one key. What did they do? To make me a satisfied customer, they purchased and provided me a 2nd factory key at no additional cost to me. That speaks volumes to me. I hope to do business again with Coggin Accura. Larry is the man! Why did I have them an great review? Because they are honest, friendly, and work hard to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the purchase of a vehicle, no matter if it is new or used. I will be more than happy to refer family, friends, or even a stranger who ask me where to go to buy car car. Thanks for all the help Coggin! More
I had such a perfect, enjoyable experience purchasing a new car last year that I did not hesitate asking for help finding the right car for my daughter this past week. Their honesty and discernment regarding the best vehicle is not only truly appreciated but they went above and beyond to help me surprise my daughter in time for her birthday! After seeing the look on my daughter's face that was priceless I can't thank them enough! More
