Do NOT PUT ANY MONEY DOWN Do not be duped!!!! The ALLEGED out-the-door price is NOT the purchase price!!!!!!We had agreed to $16,200 for the price to purchase our vehicle, then Do not be duped!!!! The ALLEGED out-the-door price is NOT the purchase price!!!!!!We had agreed to $16,200 for the price to purchase our vehicle, then put money down to get monthly payment lowered....so they RAISED THE PRICE claiming the $4500 we put down just kept the OUT THE DOOR PRICE at $16,200. We went with resistal and onlybwanted the 7 year one for aproximately $800. was cahrged lifetime for almost $1200. My husband signed paperwork, being late after discussing monthly payments using the NUMBERS WE DISCUSSED....believing purchase price to be $16,200 ignorantly trusted finance manager was using the $16,200 as the PURCHASE PRICE.....found out they raised price so what we finaced AFTER POO UTTING DOWN THE $4500 just under $16,200!!!! DO not trust them!!!!!!!!!!! Do not think they are your friends!!!!!!!! We knew about the deal fees.......we hust didn't expect that they would raise the price BECAUSE we put cash down!!!!! More

damage done to my vehicle while in for service I brought my car in for service and when I picked it up I failed to see a 6 foot plus dent above the doors on the passenger side that had a rub mark r I brought my car in for service and when I picked it up I failed to see a 6 foot plus dent above the doors on the passenger side that had a rub mark running through the middle of it and no scratches anywhere. It appears to have been caused by a faulty car wash. I am the only one who drives this car and always hand wash the car. It is always been parked in a safe spot. Of course they denied that their car wash did this and even if that's true I know that it happened while on their watch. I can't prove it and my problem is that I didn't notice it for 2 weeks (who looks up there? and I usually wash my car every weekend but didn't the first weekend as they had just washed it, and didn't 1 week later due to weather) So not only did they deny any responsibility for it they made things worse by basically implying that it occurred in a way that I would have known about it, but I'm blaming them to get them to pay for it. Basically calling me a liar. I'm left on my own to pay for $1500 worth of damage that I'm sure they caused but can't prove. SO I'm letting everyone know. And to be as fair as possible they did offer to discount the cost to fix it at their bodyshop. I just can't justify giving them any money to fix damage I'm convinced was caused by them. #nointegrity More
