Excellent Salesman Phillip was very knowledgeable about the 2020 RDX's many great features. Exceeds Expectations Phil provided excellent customer service. Outstanding service and follow up Philip was absolutely outstanding. I had recently had extensive medical treatments, and Philip drove the car to my home (45 mins away) for me to check Philip was absolutely outstanding. I had recently had extensive medical treatments, and Philip drove the car to my home (45 mins away) for me to check it out, test drive etc. he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. when i made the decision to purchase...he arranged for virtually all of the paperwork to be completed and ready in order to minimize my time in a crowded dealership (had low immune system at the time). Doug and Dan at Mercedes were nothing short of We actually went through Coggin Mercedes Benz of Ft Pierce but they brought the car from Coggin Acura. Doug and Dan at Mercedes were nothing short of AWESOME!! Being disabled, car shopping is difficult but this dealership brought us inside and searched ALL of the Coggin Automotive dealerships to find us the right vehicle. They even went to Coggin Acura and brought it to us. They were not only kind and helpful but went out of their way to get everything done quickly.
