2015 Mustang I have a paint defect on the hood of my car. It's a 2015 Mustang with 22,500 miles and not a scratch on it. I have kept it up impeccably. The paint is bubbling on the hood of my car and Ford will not repair it because it is out of warranty. The bubbling didn't start until two weeks ago. I had the paint on the car sprayed with the coating at a cost of $1,200.00. I was told I would NEVER have to wax the car because of this special spray they put on it. Today I found out this has to be done every 6 months at a cost of $1,200 each time. The bubbling is about the size of a 50 cent piece so I will have it fixed by my local maintenance man. I was thinking about trading my 2015 for a 2019 Mustang because I continue to get special offers. Never again will I own a Ford. Diane Turrill More

I called ford and spoke to the manager at the service center and said it's not their fault, the have a check engine light documented on their end with my girlfriends car. I got a second and third opinion from two different mechanics who said the same thing, oil hasn't been changed in a long time. I also have a sample of the oil which is super black and gunky. I have the receipt for coconut point ford and it says nothing in the description of check engine light, it also says that the oil was changed and it wasn't. I tried to resolve this issue personally with them and they denied the fact that it was their fault, said they couldn't help me, and that they would need to check so that their mechanics could verify if it was their fault or not. Why would I bring the car back to the same mechanics that messed it up in the first place? Never the less, I have enough evidence showing that they were negligent. I have two written statements by two mechanics and two videos that shows the sound engine is making and a video with one of their own mechanics saying it was dur to lack of oil. More

Service department was EXCELLENT I have been going to Tamiami Ford for many years now just getting more and more fed up. To the point where my family was going to stop buying fords. I would "make an appointment" and drop off my car....they would not even look at it for DAYS! nor call me...i had to call asking for updates. THEN, things were not getting fixed! They would have my truck for a week, I would pick it up and the same problem would start happening! Their service department should be salesman...great liars. Called Coconut point ford for a recall appointment. No lines, not 15 people in the service area all trying to get help, just orderly, nice and clean! Dropped my truck off at 1, it was done by 1:35! And on top of that, I had a fast blinker i said to just take a look at (knowing from my previous experience at Tamiami they would either say they could not fix it, or charge me a crazy amount to fix it). They fixed it for FREE! GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
