Rarely have I met a salesperson with the product knowledge and professionalism that Josh Spaich had. We tried to stump him with questions, and we just couldn't do it. He always remembers us when we take it in for an oil change too! It is the only time I ever felt that a salesman had my back and truly cared. I'll never buy another vehicle from anyone else, so I hope Josh stays in the profession for years to come! He is truly an asset and I hope the dealership appreciates what he brings to the table. Pleasant, forthright folks to buy a car from Thanks to Tony and Co., for making our recent purchase of a 2016 Mustang as pleasant as possible. These folks were "straight shooters" and stated right up front that they were glad we came in and hoped to do whatever necessary to sell us a car. We appreciated their candor and they appreciated us for stepping on their sales lot. In contrast, a week previously,we were at a car dealer where we felt like we were inconveniencing them. It took them forever to come out and talk to us. They showed us the model car we were looking for and promptly said, these cars sell themselves. We left feeling like they really did not need nor want our business. Tony has reiterated his offer to help us with any questions/issues we may have at any time.
