I purchased my Subaru Forrester at this dealership in 2017 and have continuously had my car serviced there. However, this week was my last time! When I called to make my appointment the receptionist di 2017 and have continuously had my car serviced there. However, this week was my last time! When I called to make my appointment the receptionist did not tell me that after 40,000 miles my warranty was up when I told her that my mileage was 39,900 so I did not make an appointment for that day or the next morning, then she quoted a synthetic oil change at $65, so I made an appointment for after work the next day. When I arrived I was met by an unfriendly service person, my oil change was $95. and my tire pressure light would cost only $165 to diagnose as my mileage 40070 and fixing might be around $200. The next day I called 2 other local Subaru dealers who only charge $70 an oil change and would work with me on the sensor issue. More

Service Done Correctly I drive from Delray Beach to Coconut Creek for your service - a total just short of 18 miles. Staff was courteous, polite and were diligent and seemed very interested in figuring out in solving my issue. Had an engine recall for my Impreza and needed a new part. This dealership scheduled me to come in for work to be done several times over the course of three months. All three times I showed up they tol part. This dealership scheduled me to come in for work to be done several times over the course of three months. All three times I showed up they told me they did not have the part and there was nothing they could do. An easy phone call, text or email would have been the right way to let me know. Then once I brought the car in and they had the part, I waited two weeks for the work to be done. They gave me a rental car and took a deposit of $150. This has still not been refunded. Very unprofessional. Do not go here. Very bad experience. More

Totally disappointed & the excuse of the service advisor? It was dark when you dropped off the car....she texted me at 9:20am to pick up the car & I didnt go until 10:20am....this is not Alaska! Its Florida & trust me it was light outside because I walked home. I dont think Ill be back....anyone can do an oil change & rotate tires....disappointed!!! More

I have to cancel the car wash each time because of how long they take to service. This is my day off and I don't want to spend a third of it in the service department. Finally when my car was ready, I go to get my keys and the service assistant explains to me that my plan has expired. I asked this question prior to the service even starting and she assured me that the plan was not expired. Get it together coconut creek! Notice, the time of wait is not even a question you all ask in the review questions on this site. Quality questions should include time of wait for service. More

A continuing tire issue on my fifth Subaru Forester was covered up by consistently poor workmanship on the three occasions I had to take it for the same problem. The SD and GM did not respond at all to my telephone and written communication, so I resorted to contacting Subaru's head office. They, too, had difficulty getting a response. In the end, the HO resolved the problem for me, but I will go elsewhere in future for servicing to a Subaru dealership that actually does good work and cares about their customers. More
Saved my car and my sanity! Horrible noise from front end of my wrx. Long story short.... brought to pompano Subaru 3 times, could not properly diagnose, or certainly not fix the problem. Last time there, i was told to drive until the problem gets worse or completely breaks!! I was assured that my car was "safe" to drive. Which is an odd assurance when the actual problem is a mystery. Brought my car to coconut creek and was happy to see Marlon, an ex employee of pompano Subaru, who's been very helpful in the past. Long story even shorter, my problem wad diagnosed the next day, "transmission/front differential" and my car was back to me in 3 days. I will not be bringing my car to pompano Subaru again. I have had many other issues with pompano including, putting the wrong oil in my car, stripping my wheel studs by crossthreading the nuts with an impact drill, installing oil filter incorrectly causing massive oil leak......ect, ect.... go only at your own risk. I have a 2012 wrx my wife a 2013 crosstrek, both bought brand new at pompano. For a customer who's spent over 60k in cars, not including service, you'd think they could take better care of you. Whatever, we'll spend the next 60k at coconut creek in a few years when we both upgrade. More
