A continuing tire issue on my fifth Subaru Forester was covered up by consistently poor workmanship on the three occasions I had to take it for the same problem. The SD and GM did not respond at all to my telephone and written communication, so I resorted to contacting Subaru's head office. They, too, had difficulty getting a response. In the end, the HO resolved the problem for me, but I will go elsewhere in future for servicing to a Subaru dealership that actually does good work and cares about their customers. More

Let me say that I have never had anyone so knowledgeable before talk about cars. Robert, a member of Steve's team, introduced my wife and me to Subaru and explained all the features. I've never owned a Subaru and usually kept with GM, Kia, or Honda. We fell in love with the 2017 Outback Limited and picked up my wife's new car on Friday. The car is totally max'd out with options and does things I never knew a car could do under $60,000. I will recommend all my friends to go see Steve and Robert. Happy wife, happy life! L. Saved my car and my sanity! Horrible noise from front end of my wrx. Long story short.... brought to pompano Subaru 3 times, could not properly diagnose, or certainly not fix th Horrible noise from front end of my wrx. Long story short.... brought to pompano Subaru 3 times, could not properly diagnose, or certainly not fix the problem. Last time there, i was told to drive until the problem gets worse or completely breaks!! I was assured that my car was "safe" to drive. Which is an odd assurance when the actual problem is a mystery. Brought my car to coconut creek and was happy to see Marlon, an ex employee of pompano Subaru, who's been very helpful in the past. Long story even shorter, my problem wad diagnosed the next day, "transmission/front differential" and my car was back to me in 3 days. I will not be bringing my car to pompano Subaru again. I have had many other issues with pompano including, putting the wrong oil in my car, stripping my wheel studs by crossthreading the nuts with an impact drill, installing oil filter incorrectly causing massive oil leak......ect, ect.... go only at your own risk. I have a 2012 wrx my wife a 2013 crosstrek, both bought brand new at pompano. For a customer who's spent over 60k in cars, not including service, you'd think they could take better care of you. Whatever, we'll spend the next 60k at coconut creek in a few years when we both upgrade. More
2014 cross trek hybrid Experience was great they had to keep my car for six days had to order a hybrid battery. They kept me informed as to what was going on. Absolutely the best car buying experience of my life! I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium w/ EyeSight. First off, I love the car! I mean, I really love the car! Up until this point, I tho I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium w/ EyeSight. First off, I love the car! I mean, I really love the car! Up until this point, I thought I would never get over trading my beloved 2003 Honda Element with All Wheel Drive. Now, I have a new favorite car! The Forester is solid, comfortable, fun, and sure-footed. As for the buying experience, it was perfect! Brayan Rovira was my salesperson. Brayan was respectful, knowledgeable, polite and attentive. He knew the Subaru line inside and out and helped me to determine which car (I was interested in a few different models) and which trim level was right for me (and my budget). He did't pressure me, respected my time and got the deal done. The price I paid was very fair - and we arrived at it without the game of back-and-forth with "the manager" that so many other dealerships make people suffer through. We have four drivers in our family and I know that we will be back. And, if my buying experience wasn't perfect enough, my experience in the finance department with Kyle was also excellent. Seamless and smooth. No nonsense, no hard-sell. I was overwhelmed by the level of service and professionalism at Coconut Creek Subaru. I'm telling everyone I know - Thank you Coconut Creek Subaru! Told me condinsation is normal in tallights and is they way Subaru makes them. Like I said... literally xxxxxxxx. Service manger sucks at helping. They were honest and fair in their dealings with me, from sales to finance. They resolved any issues I had and kept their communication open from beginning to end. I also appreciate the fact that they did not blow up my phone or try to "trick" me into making any deals I would later regret. More
