We moved here to Coconut Creek, FL from Connecticut where we leased our Outback three years ago. We found the service here fantastic! Our lease was up and didn’t hesitate getting our next leased car here. The Manager, Brandon along with the Sales Representative, Bruno Gailiunas were outstanding! They both worked together to find us the best car and price. No haggling, none of the nonsense that goes on like at other dealerships where the sales person goes behind the backs of the respective buyer to ask permission of the manager. We dealt directly with the Manager, face to face along with Bruno! They were both transparent in showing us the actual price of the vehicles and what they can offer us! Wonderful Experience! More

He instructed his coworkers to “Lock the door and don’t let them leave, until he deletes it.” This is the type of service you can expect from Coconut Creek Subaru. And is exactly what I experienced after trying to return a used car on July 13th 2019. As an added bonus you can expect about 5+ additional employees to physically surround you to trap you inside the manager’s office and encourage their manager to physically take your phone and gang up on you while the rest of your family watches in terror, afraid to try and call the police in case they all turn on them. Not only is this dealership perfectly happy to admittedly take advantage of customers for purchasing vehicles shown to them at night, but you can expect all of the additional witnessing employees of Coconut Creek Subaru to either participate in committing false imprisonment and battery or turn a blind eye and hope that no other customers can see what is going on in an attempt to help you. Even as I calmly tried to talk down the Sales Manager, Rodrigo Otoni, of this so called “business”, he continued to reach his hand inside of my pants pocket in an attempt to take my phone as I was backed into the corner of the desk in the manager’s office. I was forced to delete his photo while other employees watched in order to make sure my younger brother, his girlfriend and her mother, and myself would be allowed to exit the manager's office safely. In review, from this dealership you can (at minimum) expect to go through harsh negotiation tactics, with car offers well over 20-50% higher than their rated fair market value. As well as being lied to about “90 day return policies” that don’t exist. If you accidentally upset this dealership’s management and/or general employees, you may experience far worse... I hope that Stan Anders, the General Manager of Coconut Creek Subaru, or anyone above their Sales Manager, checks the video camera in the manager's office to view the footage taken between 3:30pm-4:00pm on 7/13/19. And does the right thing. But if the other sales employees are a reflection of their management and their owner, then don’t expect an apology or anything other than lies, threats, and criminal activity. More

I first texted with Linda who was very straightforward. I did a lot of research then told her the pricing I wanted off of sticker price and they were able to meet it. Lydia then took it from there and closed the deal for me without any games or surprises.. I asked direct question about "out the door" pricing and got direct answers. When I arrived at the showroom, Jose took over and showed us the features of the car and connected our phone. He even provided a free grocery net. Then Rawle took care of us, with other complimentary gifts on the vehicle. We had agreed on the price and they actually gave us more then requested. And I did not buy the vehicle anywhere close to list price. The whole experience was positive and professional. Very happy with my Subaru experience. More

He had the exterior and interior color that I wanted, made a great offer for my trade-in, and never pressured me to buy from his dealership rather than from the dealer that sold me my previous Subaru. He was knowledgeable, very patient, professional, and efficient. My previous dealer had the opportunity to get this car from Coconut Creek Subaru, but chose inaction and instead told me that the car I wanted was sold. When I learned this was untrue, my loyalty switched and Jose truly earned my business. I believe that he is a Subaru salesperson who can be trusted, listens to his clients, and gets the best deal possible without stress or haggling. I will definitely buy another car from Jose, and highly recommend him and his dealership. The 2019 Forester is awesome, a terrific upgrade, and a joy to drive! More

He insisted I give him my price and that he would beat it. When I refused, that was it. I then asked him to just continue on the premise that I had no price and was coming to him first. Well that didn't work either. He then began to display his arrogance along with an attitude suggesting his dealership could beat any price, even one that a customer does not give him. I am glad to say that since my experience at this dealership, I have purchased my Subaru elsewhere and the difference in customer treatment was night and day. More

He kind of motioned to a car and then walked away, never to return. Perhaps it was because I’m a woman, but I don’t care how good the cars are, I will never return to this delearship. If they can’t be helpful when selling you a car, God knows what the service will be like once you actually own the vehicle. More

They said you’re all pre-approved so we went in to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek. Three more times I asked if I was all pre-approved, again replied yes of course and even quoted me my credit score. 2 hours later the finance “manager” comes out and says we can only get you approved with ALLY credit at almost $200 more than they quoted me. When I asked why the other two “managers” quoted me a smaller payment he said “I don’t know where they got those numbers from”. As I was waiting for them to come and lie to me more I found a license plate screw in the parking lot. I gave it to our salesman and he laughed and said “they drop those all of the lot all the time”. Half way home we get a flat and low and behold we have a license plate screw in our tire!! And don’t even bother emailing GM Stan Anders because he’ll just ignore your email. These people are liars, deceitful, unprofessional, and crooked. Run as fast as you can away from this place and find another place to buy your car. More

2 hours for an oil change and rotation?? Every time I come for service it's a two hour wait for an oil change and rotation. I have to cancel the car wash each time because of how long they take to service. This is my day off and I don't want to spend a third of it in the service department. Finally when my car was ready, I go to get my keys and the service assistant explains to me that my plan has expired. I asked this question prior to the service even starting and she assured me that the plan was not expired. Get it together coconut creek! Notice, the time of wait is not even a question you all ask in the review questions on this site. Quality questions should include time of wait for service. More

And then there was the Manager--Rodrigo--who was the epitome of professionalism and worked all the figures. He gave us an absolutely great deal and good money for our trade. Add all of that with ZERO PERCENT FINANCING and you have the makings of one perfect auto buying experience. Eli in Finance was very knowledgeable and professional and made doing all the paperwork simple and effortless. And then there was Jose in Sales who did the final delivery and pulled everything together with his expertise and patience when thoroughly explaining and demonstrating the many features and advance technologies that come with the Subaru Outback!!
