BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP I been a customer of this dealership since about 2012 and it has gone down the tubes sad to say after being a long time customer. All the good salesme I been a customer of this dealership since about 2012 and it has gone down the tubes sad to say after being a long time customer. All the good salesmen, managers, and finance managers have all left that cared about their customers. After I bought multiple cars here the last car I purchased and put $6,000 down on the car. Within the first week it started giving me issues from "RUST" being found inside of the car to the car not functioning at all. Even I found out the car was in a accident that they never advised me about from there own body shop after the purchase. Its now going on 2 years of constantly having the car back and forth in the in the service shop and not being able to drive my car. I've picked the car up and had to drive it 15 mph back to the car lot after picking it up after service said it was fixed. Multiples time after service said they will leave a loaner car for me and it was not left and I ended up being stranded after promises it will be left with the cashier. When calling you literally have to hunt people down. The service has a horrible attitude. His name is Derek and the tech took my car home and ran tolls in my car 6am in the morning and they never advised me he or the Subaru let me know he ran the tolls. I ended up getting a bills in the mail. I have been driving their loaner cars more than I been driving my own car in 2 years. My service records are around 25 pages or more. I tried to speak with the Finance manager to see if she could help and she never listens and wont return any calls. Will put you on hold and eventually hangup. Service department never answers their phones either. No one from the top to the bottoms cares to help seems like they are in business to just sell cars and not stand by giving good customer service which they dont care about anymore. I wont be returning to this dealer Coconut Creek Auto-mall Subaru or referring anymore people there. More
Had an engine recall for my Impreza and needed a new part. This dealership scheduled me to come in for work to be done several times over the course of three months. All three times I showed up they tol part. This dealership scheduled me to come in for work to be done several times over the course of three months. All three times I showed up they told me they did not have the part and there was nothing they could do. An easy phone call, text or email would have been the right way to let me know. Then once I brought the car in and they had the part, I waited two weeks for the work to be done. They gave me a rental car and took a deposit of $150. This has still not been refunded. Very unprofessional. Do not go here. Very bad experience. More

Totally disappointed & the excuse of the service advisor? It was dark when you dropped off the car....she texted me at 9:20am to pick up the car & I didnt go until 10:20am....this is not Alaska! Its Florida & trust me it was light outside because I walked home. I dont think Ill be back....anyone can do an oil change & rotate tires....disappointed!!! More
