MY SALESMAN CHRIS FISCHER IS THE BEST I"VE EVER HAD. HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY PHONE WITH ANY QUESTION FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS. HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY PHONE WITH ANY QUESTION FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS. More
Contacted via email and text message immediately following my request on a Friday which was great and I responded to both. I didn’t hear anything back until Monday with another email. I responded by following my request on a Friday which was great and I responded to both. I didn’t hear anything back until Monday with another email. I responded by email asking if there was a better way to reach out to Paul as I had already responded to both email and text on Friday. He sent me his number again which I responded to in a text message again. He called me three hours later to tell me that the vehicle had been sold and was no longer available. Completely fine, things change. I received another email two days later asking if I was still interested in the Lincoln. Just not a great system of communication. More
Let me make something clear.. I don't like going to dealerships.. period. The lies, the treatment, the hidden fees and the list goes on. However, it is a necessary process when looking for a vehicle..w dealerships.. period. The lies, the treatment, the hidden fees and the list goes on. However, it is a necessary process when looking for a vehicle..which is essential. Those same feelings and concerns where proven again when I visited a dealership about a week ago when in the market for a vehicle for my sister. Horrific experience. So at this point, what do I do? To accomplish buying a vehicle but avoiding the headaches. I did research...deep research. I was referred to Subaru Coconut Creek to a salesman by the name of Peter Vazquez. From the onset of phone call and text conversations, Mr. Vazquez had me at ease. To me as a consumer, customer service and value is what drives and motivates me. Mr. Vazquez displayed that and more. He treated me as family. Walked me step by step.. I felt bad because I kept asking him if the prices he proposed were accurate and we're not going to change.. I was tired of the bait and switch. Mr. Vazquez assured me it would not change. With the confidence instilled in me by Mr. Vazquez, I proceeded to visit him at the dealership. From the second I step foot in that dealership, he delivered nothing short of world class service. No hidden fees, no gimmicks, no games... Exactly as he quoted me on the phone. I kept telling myself.."Ok, where's Ashton Kutcher because I know I'm being Punk'd! Wow I was floored by the level of service delivered by Mr. Vazquez! It's too bad other dealerships do not emulate what a true salesman should look like.. but Subaru Coconut Creek knows..because Peter Vazquez is it. Subaru Coconut Creek Management... Mold this salesman.. because not too many like this. Thank you Mr. Vazquez, my sister and I are elated by your service. Folks, look no further... Ask for Peter! More

Twelve days ago my wife's 2017 Honda CRV was totaled by another driver. We purchased a home 6 months ago, so a new vehicle was not something we were planning on for many years. To compound matters, our 4 another driver. We purchased a home 6 months ago, so a new vehicle was not something we were planning on for many years. To compound matters, our 4 year old son has ASD. Our son gets very overwhelmed and acts out when he's in strange places. After the accident I went online and placed a request for information for the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Michelle contacted me the next morning. I found her to be extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with an internet salesperson when I purchased the CRV, so I was skeptical. That night I decided to stop in unannounced to get a feel for Coconut Subaru and test drive the Forester. In light of the fact that my son would be going with us to purchase a vehicle, I wanted to be 100 percent certain that we would have a positive experience when purchasing our new vehicle. Thankfully, when I stopped by unannounced, I was greeted by Fernando. I was immediately impressed by Fernando's knowledge. Fernando put me at ease about purchasing a vehicle from Coconut Creek Subaru. The next night I stopped by with my wife to show her the Forester. She liked the Forester and agreed that it was the right vehicle for our family. She also felt comfortable Coconut Creek Subaru. While I spoke to a few dealers, I felt the most comfortable with Coconut Creek Subaru. At one dealer, which I visited after a doctor's appointment, I had a salesman tell me that I knew more about the car than him. I had another dealer send me a credit application after they emailed me a quote. Finally, I had a saleswoman at the dealership where my stepfather leased his Subaru Crosstrek from literally accuse me of lying. When I confirmed a few days later that the insurance company was totaling the CRV, I worked out the numbers with Michelle. She then had my wife and I run our credit, which I knew was top tier. Once I had the deal in writing, I gave a $500.00 deposit with the caveat that we would pick up the Forester when the numbers were finalized with the insurance company. This evening we picked up our Forester. Even though Fernando got off at 6 pm, he stayed late and helped me install our car seat. Brian went out of his way to explain to my wife how to use all the features. Finally, Rawle in finance was extremely patient with our son, even when he was running around his office, and even brought out crayons so my son could color. I cannot say enough good things about Coconut Creek Subaru. While we had no intention of buying a new car until my wife's CRV was totaled, the experience we had purchasing our new Subaru Forester at Coconut Creek Subaru was one of the best we've ever had. I brought my car for my first maintenance 12/31/2020 but I had my bike roof rack, Service Advisor Lydia Difinizio told me that they cannot wash my car because the rack, after the service my car was washed a I had my bike roof rack, Service Advisor Lydia Difinizio told me that they cannot wash my car because the rack, after the service my car was washed and the rack was damaged. On January 13 she sent me an email "We filled out a check request form, you should be getting that sent over". However I waited for few weeks but I dont get the check for $230.68, then I went to retailer and I spoke with the service manager Raymond Serrano and he told me 2 weeks ago that I will get the check soon, now he didn't answer my emails or phone calls. I'm disappointed because this little incident is taking 2 months to fix it. Willfrand Rojas More
