Over the years, I’ve purchased many new and used vehicles and have had many of the same negative shared experiences. Alas! Coconut Creek Subaru has since changed my negative opinion of the car buying process… forever! Well, at least this time anyhow. The lease was up and I needed a new ride. So, I went online to browse the Subaru inventory in Coconut Creek. There, I found the website along with the details and photographs of each vehicle easy to find and navigate. After conducting an extensive search, I found what I was looking for and briefly reached out with my inquiry to the dealership. Soon thereafter, (within minutes) I was contacted by Sales Consultant Connor Bleakly from the Subaru dealership in Coconut Creek. Connor was very professional, courteous, informative and eagerly listened to what I had to say with a list of my expectations. Well? He delivered! After going over many models and various trim lines, Connor scheduled an appointment to meet, (sacrificing his own schedule - sorry girlfriend), to accommodate mine. When we finally met, Connor was prepared and ready to go. He even had the a/c turned on to cool down the vehicle I sought. Even after taking multiple test drives, in multiple vehicles, Connor had the best demeanor and patience. He gladly walked me through every process and explained them as we went along. Connor not only sold me a car, he sold me an unforgettable, positive experience with Coconut Creek Subaru. Never, I have I ever been treated so well by a car dealer, (thank you Subaru Coconut Creek), for allowing Conner to be my sales representative. To Connor, thank you for being the first sales guy to have met and exceeded my goals and needs! More dealership sales people should learn from you. I also need to extend my sincere gratitude to Sales Manager Ian Zwick for not putting me through that long back and forth haggle process and allowing me to obtain the terms to my liking. In closing, due to the outstanding sales and services I received from Coconut Creek Subaru with my recent purchase, they have reinstated my confidence in the car buying process. I recently had the pleasure of leasing my new 2024 Subaru Outback with the help of Raj J of Coconut Creek Subaru. What made this such a pleasure? Raj is very knowledgeable about all things Subaru and in part Outback with the help of Raj J of Coconut Creek Subaru. What made this such a pleasure? Raj is very knowledgeable about all things Subaru and in particular the Outback model. He helped me navigate through the “Trade Up” program and after a little bit of bargaining, I got the monthly payment that I wanted on my new 3 year lease. He’s also very friendly and pleasant. From start to finish, over a 24 hour period, I spent less than 3 hours completing this transaction and I look forward to my next “Trade Up” experience with Raj. More

leased a 2019 sti in 2019 for 3 years. Returned the car this September as I saw the possibility for a huge and much needed financial gain. I owed 26k and saw it selling for +39k. Went in for service. Air only cooling on one side of car. Vibration at 60 mph. Told needed new compressor on a/c. $1300. Wrong. It was a stuck ac controller. 0$ repair. Only have 56000 miles and do not drive off road. Another $1000. Wrong I just needed an alignment $99.00. I will never go back to them again. I’m a 74 yo female and I’m not stupid. I had to pay them $200. for the estimate. But beware of what they say. More
I was greeted by the service writer right upon arriving. I did not have to stand around waiting for people who were not making eye contact to acknowledge me. In 2 minutes I was checked in and sitting in the very nice waiting area with wifi and work stations, etc. The 25,000-mile service was done well and quickly. I have had 3 Cadillacs previously, and this was a far better experience. More
The practices at the service centers for this franchise is unnecessarily HORRIBLE! Why take your car to someplace that cannot be trusted and place the customer's best interest, and safety, first. Trying to work customers over is an understatement. If they break something and can try and blame it on you, they will. Service tech damaged my radiator and tried to get me to replace it, only it was leaking like crazy and I told them if it was leaking this badly before I came here, I couldn't have even driven it without it overheating. They admitted they broke the top, and fixed the top that was broken in 10 minutes! If they see an easy way to have you have to tow your car back in because they saw something that needed to be done easily but didn't recommend it, they will. Another time a younger family member brought their car in for service and was told a LONG list of recommendations including replacing his 1 year old tires, spark plugs 20K miles too early, repeat of prior 40K service, etc. but somehow didn't mention that his battery terminals looked like a science project with severe corrosion that needed to have the battery cleaned, checked, and possibly replaced under the battery warranty. I can't imagine what they would have told him was wrong when he had to tow it back in because it wouldn't start. Recommend unnecessary service and replacements...Yep, check! All I can say is that they can get customers to spend more money here just by being honest, straightforward and showing each customer why they need to do a service. Suggestion...if they recommend a part to be replaced, they just need to show it to the customer and explain why. Put customer's safety first and focus on getting repeat customers instead of trying to get all you can out of them. Oh, and after the car was finished and brought around the front, it took an hour for the service writer to craft the report as if it was a legal document! Don't let me even start about the sales...buyer beware. More
