Service Department Tom Krisak is the best Service guy in this dealership. ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty. He takes care of me every time I come in. Without any hesitation this man is always taking care of me and anything I need. I went in today 11/2/2015 to get my right rear brake light changed thinking it was just the bulb, but it was the actual connector. I am out of warranty, but Tom got me covered any way. Amazing service. I can't wait to buy another Sonata from here! GREAT WORK!!!! More

Worst customer service I brought my car into the Hyundai service center for a simple oil change. I came in somewhat early in the middle of the week when I thought they would I brought my car into the Hyundai service center for a simple oil change. I came in somewhat early in the middle of the week when I thought they would not be as busy. After parking my car under the overhang in the service area, I got out and stood by my car and waited for a customer service agent. There is a sign there saying that is what were are supposed to do. While waiting I had 2 different service center employees walk right past me and didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. It was like I was a ghost. Finally a third employee acknowledged me and stated that someone will be with me shortly. Finally after a few more minutes a fourth employee came to me to fill out the paperwork. After waiting 1 1/2 hours; I decided to ask for a time frame on when the vehicle would be finished. An employee went to the back and as I looked into the back I can see my car being driven into the service center. They were just now bring the car back to get started on the oil change. I questioned the employee who showed me the time on the work order sheet and that time was 30 minutes after I initially filled out the paperwork. It took them 30 minutes just to enter my car into the system and then another hour before they were able to bring the car back. They were not even that busy! To make matters worse when I questioned the employee about the time frame; he began to argue with me and just basically stated it is not his fault. After another 25 minutes; the car was done and I was able to leave. They did not even wash or vacuum the car like I asked and it was printed on the paperwork. Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife and I were thinking about buying another car from them but after this experience, we will never go back to that store! Stay Away!!! More
First free service is free I brought my Elantra in for its first scheduled service and to repair a keyless entry. The service writer, Brian Payne, was very friendly and competent. The car was done in about 45 minutes. There was no charge since the first service is free at this dealership. The dealership has a horrible customer service survey which penalizes service writers if customers complain about items such as coffee and lack of magazines in the waiting room. Since this is unfair to the employee, I no longer fill out the surveys. Suggest you do the same. More

I had several problems with my car and only one of them was resolved I have a problem with my trip A Odometer it reset itself again and they can:t find that problem my third problem was with the driver si was resolved I have a problem with my trip A Odometer it reset itself again and they can:t find that problem my third problem was with the driver side door you have to close it hard the Tech said you ha to lower the window because there is a vaccum but I have the car less then a year and this just started to happen a few days ago Do you hire morons for Tech the service advisor Tom was trying to help me he was great I don!t think he should be penalized for this bad rating More
