Employees drive your car when you leave them to be serviced. Leasing a 2016 Genesis from here. My sales guy Chris was wonderful, but I will never take my car back there to be serviced. The radio is my car went out for what ever reason and when I took my vehicle there, i made sure that I took a photo of my mileage since I have a lease. When I went to pick my vehicle back up from the dealer my mileage was up by 50+ miles. Meaning someone at the dealership had to drive my car long distance. I again I have lease and have to pay for my mileage. When I called to speak with the service manager he claimed that no one drove my vehicle I even offered to show him the picture of my mileage prior to me dropping my car off and the mileage on the dashboard from when I picked up my vehicle. I will never trust them with my car. More

However, when going to the service area for a maintenance check the service guy was very rude and Loved the salespeople, working with them was great. However, when going to the service area for a maintenance check the service guy was very rude and quick mannered in the way he approached me and the questions I had to ask. Seemed like he was rushing me to get out, towards the end when the car was ready he got passive and it was better. But tip for the company, this affects how customers see the dealership as a whole, a smile and a courteous attitude always goes a long way, and most importantly listening to what the customer has to say, tip for the service maintenance area. More
Complete waste of time I arrived a few minutes early for an 8:15am appointment for an oil change. I was checked in but waited more than 40 minutes. No one followed up with me - I had no idea if they had started the service. I went to the cashier and she had no idea. I then found my service consultant and he said he was just about to come find me. He said it was noted from the prior visit that I was due for a 30,000 mile service. However, since this was not discussed in advance, I had planned only an hour or so from the 8:15 appointment until I would be finished. I declined the 30,000 mile service and he then asked if I wanted a car wash - he told me it's not a great car wash but would add about 45 minutes to my wait time. After a few minutes, I re-considered and told him I would have to come back another day. I've never been impressed with Coconut Creek Hyundai's service, but today was a complete waste of my time. I was there for exactly an hour and accomplished nothing. More
Lazy and unknowlegable service department In 6 months have brought our car in 4 times for the alarm going off 5 minutes after locking the car. The 1st time it was supposedly fixed it was unde In 6 months have brought our car in 4 times for the alarm going off 5 minutes after locking the car. The 1st time it was supposedly fixed it was under warranty. 4 months later it had the same problem. Thus time it was not under warranty and we were told the alarm didn't go off so they couldn't identify the problem. WHAT! My husband specifically told them it was after driving for at least 15 min not letting it sit in the parking lot all day. As soon as we hot home it went off again. We were told to bring it back in. This time it was on a Saturday and we were told you leave it in till Monday. The end of day Monday after our car sat there for 3 days with the service department just waiting for this alarm to go off without driving the car we were told nothing was done. My question is why would the alarm have to ho off for them to identify a faulty part that is causing the alarm to just go off with no reason. The reps were rude and would not listen to anything we told them. Basically they were just lazy and did not want to correct the problem thay stated they fixed 6 months ago which was surely not the case. I will tell all of my family and friends to stay away from any of the coconut creek motors dealerships. More
Service Department Tom Krisak is the best Service guy in this dealership. ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty. He takes care of me every time I come in. Withou Tom Krisak is the best Service guy in this dealership. ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty. He takes care of me every time I come in. Without any hesitation this man is always taking care of me and anything I need. I went in today 11/2/2015 to get my right rear brake light changed thinking it was just the bulb, but it was the actual connector. I am out of warranty, but Tom got me covered any way. Amazing service. I can't wait to buy another Sonata from here! GREAT WORK!!!! More

Mario was extremely helpful throughout the whole process; and whenever I bring my car in to CC Hyundai for service, he always makes sure everything is done correctly and in a timely manner. I iughly recommend Coconut Creek Hyundai's service department, and can't thank Mario Feliciano enough. More
