I was there 02/23/21 for oil change and problem with AC with Hyundai Accent 2014.Like always very long waiting time even when you have an appointment.I was patient though,today I had had to check AC system with Hyundai Accent 2014.Like always very long waiting time even when you have an appointment.I was patient though,today I had had to check AC system and get estimates.Before this, I had to sign that I agree to pay diagnostic fee $124.95.The fee will be waived if I will decide fix AC. Well ,I did sign it,I was willing to fix it.After 2 h waiting I left waiting room to find “my” Advisor Mario outside the office talking with colleagues.When he saw me ,he rushed to the office showing me to go after him.It looked like he has policy to keep costumers as long as he can.I was disappointed,Mario seems to be very nice and friendly person.Anyway he had my diagnostic paper ready.And here is my the biggest problem.,He gave me 2 prices.First price was for replacement AC compressor over $1000.00,second price included replacing also condenser.All together with labor over $ 1800.00. It was not clear which scenario will apply.Big deference. I felt forced to spend this diagnostic fee which didn’t tell me exactly what is needed.Besides I was shocked to see those prices anyway.Decided to fix somewhere else and never come back.Don’t ever agree to pay for their diagnostic More
I usually bring my car to another dealership for service, but I had no choice. I brought my car in because it had a burning oil smell from the engine and the fumes were coming inside the car. After being there for hours, the mechanic seemed to fix the problem. Then after paying nearly $500.00, I was told I needed valve cover gaskets and that they were on back order. I was told they would arrive the next week...no gaskets. Then I was told they would arrive the following week and so on. It’s been a month now and the gaskets are still on back order. This was blamed on COVID. Then my service provider, Rita Bessman did not offer to send me home in a rental car, saying my autistic son might damage it. Now I am driving around with fumes still coming inside the car which is hazardous. I called the service manager many times and never received a call back. The service at this dealership is horrible and I would no recommend going there to anyone. More
I have a 2011 hyundai elantra that I took to this dealer for a call they made three months ago. Now I had problems in the direction and this dealer says not to fix this defect because there was no call for for a call they made three months ago. When I was there the first time, many said they had certain doubts regarding the direction.A few days ago I got a form to extend the engine warranty because it has manufacturing faults. What about steering failures that are dangerous. Why haven't you made a call so far or are you expecting more accidents? More
Worst service ever I love my Ioniq, but taking it to this dealership to be service is a nightmare. I've never had to wait LESS than 4 hours to get the car serviced. They are disorganized and pretty much disfunctional. I just saw they have a senior discount, but have never offered it to me. Yesterday I went in to find out why my car is making a very disturbing noise. I had an appointment for 1:00. They took the car and questioned me about the issue. I went inside to wait. 1-1/2 later someone came over and said, "Ok, what is the problem with your car?" I was livid! I was waiting for 1-1/2 hours without someone even looking at the car. I said that one little thing they could do to improve their service is that when no one can look at it for 1-1/2 to mention it when the car is brought in. Then I left. Hopefully I can find another dealership where they respect their customer's time. If you value yours, you will go somewhere else. More

Took vehicle had item stolen off key set. Reported incident to manager Michael See who stayed that there is nothing that could be done. Purchased two vehicles and referred another to this location but will no longer do business with said location. Rather spend the time effort to go to Delray or Plantation. Please be careful if you choose to do business with this location as they will steal items from you and when called out on such actions take no responsibility. More
