I recently leased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and had the most pleasant car buying experience. Oliver was the best!! He helped my daughter with her first car three years ago, and afte dealership and had the most pleasant car buying experience. Oliver was the best!! He helped my daughter with her first car three years ago, and after that initial contact, I decided to go back to this dealership because of Oliver. He was very patient and concerned that I purchase a vehicle that I would enjoy driving for years to come. I also got a VERY good trade-in price for my previous SUV. I would recommend them any day!!! Coconut Creek Hyundai was condescending, abrasive and the stereo-typical car dealership. Don't be fooled, dealerships have plenty of new automobiles in stock; just look around. Can't blame them for trying t stereo-typical car dealership. Don't be fooled, dealerships have plenty of new automobiles in stock; just look around. Can't blame them for trying to perpetuate the Covid-19 supply chain theory, but ignore their "addendum" and "dealer add on" pricing above MSRP. Plenty of Hyundai dealers are starting at actual MSRP and discounting the car. Do your homework. I initially contacted Coconut Creek Hyundai via their website, along with my partner, Elliot. I entered my personal contact information, along with the model we wanted to lease, how much we were putting down at inception, etc. They replied via email and their initial number on the IDENTICAL car at another Hyundai dealership I went to was $120 more per month on a 36 month lease. Granted, they're TRYING to sell/lease new cars at $1000's above MSRP, and they might be catching a few people sleeping. But new cars are absolutely being discounted. After I replied via email to the "internet sales specialist", Oliver Barrera, who had originally contacted me, stated he'd beat any deal. I sent him a copy of the other dealer's worksheet/ lease proposal, where I was already approved with "Tier 1", top credit. He called me on my cell, was verbally abusive and I hung up on him when he said, "Sir, if you can get the car for that price, you better run back and get it." Within minutes my phone rang and it was "Jose", supposedly a sales manager, who told me their dealership was the #2 volume Hyndai dealer in Florida, along with Hyundais were selling for $3000-$5000 above MSRP. I told him if that's how you're handling your potential customers, maybe that's why you're #2 and not #1 and disconnected the call. I shopped a total of three Hyundai dealerships. This one, Rick Case in Plantation and King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach. I'm just an educated consumer. I don't work in the automobile business and my partner retired from it after working twenty-one years for the same dealership about ten years ago. We took delivery of a 2023 Hyundai SEL with the convenience package, all weather rubber floor mats and mud guards from a different Hyundai dealership. The car had and MSRP of about $25350. We leased it for 39 months, 39,000 miles, gave only $500 total cash out of pocket, qualified for the $500 military rebate and our payment was $383, tax included with Tier 1 credit; meaning our credit scores were high, over 780, and qualified for the best rate/program. Experience it for yourself, do your homework and if you do, you'll find a better deal considering there are so many Hyundai dealerships in South Florida. More

AVOID THE SERVICE CENTER! To summarize Their Roadside is unreliable They chose to not sell cars with spare tires included, which I find scummy Their service assist To summarize Their Roadside is unreliable They chose to not sell cars with spare tires included, which I find scummy Their service assistants cant be trusted to know the warranty coverage on vehicles sold in the same building They will not help you with a temporary ride unless you are deemed worthy Their parts distributors are slow and send things to the wrong place regularly The service manager is unresponsive to concerns and delays. General communication could also improve (Frank was good, all others terrible) STORY BELOW This is a long story and I will try to be brief, but at every single step of the process of getting my car repaired was not handled properly or competently To start, I hit some road debris and had to call Hyundai Roadside early in the morning. They confirmed someone would be there in 90 minutes to tow me, as Hyundai sees fit to not sell a 25k+ car with a spare tire. Anyway, 80 min later the tow driver calls to tell me he will be there in 30. After and hour and several calls, he has disappeared off the face of the earth and I have to call roadside again. Another truck was called and I had to wait a total of 4 hrs. Shows theblack of reliability of who Hyundai trust with Roadside I get to the Dealer at Coconut Creek. I need a new tire and rim. Now, I have warranty coverage on my wheel. This was an extra I paid for when I bought the car from this dealership. You would think that info would be readily visible on my account. The service assistant, Carol, tried to charge $550 for parts and labor and I had to insist on the coverage for my car. I am having a hard time believing she could not see that coverage right away, so either it was ignored to try and charge me or it wasnt there and marks a huge red flag for how accounts are managed here. So thats all set, I am told that the part will be in next week. Now, no offer of a loaner. Despite knowing my car would be out a while and they work with Enterprise for rentals, I was told they wouldnt do that for my case. So..... no help with alternative transport. Week passes, day I was given arrives and not ready, told tomorrow. Rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. Come to find out, the part was sent to a dealer on the opposite side of the state. This was communicated with the implication that this is "something that just happens from time to time". So, I have to wait weeks and spend hundreds more to get back and forth from my jobs for something passed off as trivial. What was supposed to be at most a week and change turned into a nearly month long headache that, despite warranty coverage, cost me far more in alt transport, lost wages to shifts I couldn't get to due to lack of reliable transport, and other expenses. I could have gone literally anywhere else and it would have been solved much quicker and much cheaper. Tried calling and left 2 messages to the service manager about this whole ordeal, he never responded. Frank tried his best, but every link in the chain around him could not work competently. I am now out well over 1k in excess costs and losses due to how long this took. I am angry and will go out of my way to avoid this dealership going forward More

We si BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE (this is an abbreviated summary) I went with my daughter on Saturday 9/4 to purchase a car. We chose a 2020 SEL $22,000. We signed the contract with the salesperson and help from a manager that the small hole in the roof and the deep scrapes would be fixed. The sales person photographed everything to be fixed. I received a call the following Tuesday that the car was ready, but the scrapes weren’t fixed. It was suggested I could bring it back anytime for the repair. I declined and said I would wait for it to be fixed. On Tuesday 9/14 I was told the car was ready. The initial hole and scrapes were repaired and new scrapes appeared and someone did a terrible job with touch up paint to cover up the new scrapes. (All they do at this place is lie and deny) I went back there on 9/16 to get my deposit back. A new salesperson told me about a similar car to the one I was previously purchasing ( a little more mileage). I agreed to take a look because my daughter really needs a car. Went there today to purchase the car for an agreed upon amount. I also received a voucher in the mail to use on any car in stock. First we were told yes we could use it, then no we couldn’t then we could. The voucher says up to $6,488. Of course we knew it wouldn’t be anywhere near that amount. They offered $100.00. Then they made it sound like they weren’t going to sell us the car unless I took down the unfavorable review. Part of their game is they send in so many people to talk to you, all saying something different so they can play the blame game. In the end l did not buy the car. We gave them a second chance and came out even more disappointed and upset. These people were abusive, disrespectful and demeaning—and as we were leaving there was another customer screaming about 14 emails and they apparently screwed up on his situation too. Needless to say, a horrible and traumatic experience for us, especially my daughter. More
