I will start by saying that in all my years of buying cars, I have never before been so comfortable with a car salesperson. Chuck was on the level, never pushy, totally knew the workings of the Hyundai S cars, I have never before been so comfortable with a car salesperson. Chuck was on the level, never pushy, totally knew the workings of the Hyundai Sonata and extremely patient. My new Sonata was detailed beautifully and ready for me when I came back the next day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. When I needed to return the day after because I left something in my car I traded, Chuck took about 30 minutes with me to explain all the buttons and features again with me. I got the best deal with no stress! I could not have asked for a better experience and I would and will recommend this dealership and Chuck Albertus to everyone I know. More

I am very happy with the way the sales rep Stanley Marchena handled the transaction. He was patient and very professional. He could not find the model I wanted , so ge brought in for me. This is the Marchena handled the transaction. He was patient and very professional. He could not find the model I wanted , so ge brought in for me. This is the 2nd Sonata for me and I have helped the dealer with the sale of 4 other Sonatas from my friends. The only negative comment I have is that the steering seems to be very loose unlike my previous Sonata. I don't have as much road feel and I intend to have it checked out. On a positive note the car seems smoother and quieter than the previous one. The stereo is awesome. I feel that the Hyndai is a great value . Scott Imberman More

Arived to price and purchase a Hyundai Sonata, was greated by Howard Pitt and he was very knowledgeable about the product. Other then spending 4 hours in the dealership, the process was "painless".. Both Patrick and Carrie were very helpful. My salesperson was very attentive to me and on the conclusion of leasing my vehicle he was very through and helpful with not only telling me and showing me the intricies of my new vehicle, but went be conclusion of leasing my vehicle he was very through and helpful with not only telling me and showing me the intricies of my new vehicle, but went beyond to even setting up my Bluetooth sync. I also was pleasently surprise when the customer service rep took me to the service area and gave me a tour and told me how to handle any problems I might have and also set up my first oil change. When I arrived at the dealership I was greater by David lee. He was very friendly courteous, and knowledgable about all of the vehicles on the car lot.
