However we did not find what we were looking for but robert assured us he would call back with what we were looking for we said ok and thanked him kindly. The next day he called back with the perfect car blowing our expectations out of the water. I love my ford fusion and had never even cosidered the car before. Robert was so accomodating and helpful it really was refreshing I would recommend him to anyone out there with a specific budget because let me tell you Robert Alessi will stop at nothing to help you find a car. I bought a Hyundai Velocitor from here about 2 weeks ago, but before I went to Coconut Creek Hyundai, I went to Rick Case, Toyota, Hundai and many other dealerships in the area. Coconut Creek Hyundai was my last stop for the day and I would have saved a Day if I would have gone there first. When we first arrived we spoke to Shay Levi. He showed us around and noticed that we had our eyes on a basic package Velocitor, but we made it clear we wanted a good price for one. He made thing very quick and worked with us to get into the price range we felt comfortable with. We got the Velocitor for hundreds less than what we were getting offered at Rick Case and Shay made it an Awesome experience. After settling on a price, we spoke with Kirk Forney the Finance Manager at Coconut Creek. He did something different than the other guys. He explained very well what Gap insurance was as well as many other benefits. He explained the advantages, told us pf some experiences and then told us how much it would add onto my monthly cost. Since I already saved so much money at the beginning and my monthly payment started out lower then I was expecting, It made sense to add on a few more dollars to secure and protect my investment. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. I'm Happy with the car, I'm happy with the Price and Coconut Creek Hyundai is probably one of the best places to buy a new car in the Ft. Lauderdale/Tamarac area. More

In terms of friendliness, pretty much everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful, especially Chris and Mary Ellen from Customer Service. Having had preliminary discussions with another nearby dealer, the difference was stark. I fully expected to be presented with all of the negative stereotypes of car sales when I arrived, but while there was negotiation, it was very limited and reasonable. I was never forced to wait any significant amount of time. As long as you come in prepared with defined numbers (that are comparable to what the internet suggests other people have received and that you qualify for) as to base price, interest rate and trade in value, based on my experience, you will leave feeling that you accomplished what you wanted without feeling like it took too long. Not only was he personably and knowledgeable but I felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle. he went out of his way to make sure my payments were where they needed to be in order for me to feel comfortable and not overextend my budget. He walked me through the process, helped me find a car, Elantra, which I love. Chris is a definate asset to the Coconut Creek sales team. He gave me his personal number and I was able to call him for any questions I may have. This included after I left the dealership with my vehicle. This is the first time buying a car was truly a pleasure and easy. Chris gets the highest marks from me. I will be sending friends and co-workers his way.
