I was very impressed with this dealership. I had not intended to leave with a new car on July 4 but they really did make me a deal I couldn't refuse. In particular my sales person, Chris Silva made the transaction worth the drive from Fort Lauderdale. Not only was he personably and knowledgeable but I felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle. he went out of his way to make sure my payments were where they needed to be in order for me to feel comfortable and not overextend my budget. He walked me through the process, helped me find a car, Elantra, which I love. Chris is a definate asset to the Coconut Creek sales team. He gave me his personal number and I was able to call him for any questions I may have. This included after I left the dealership with my vehicle. This is the first time buying a car was truly a pleasure and easy. Chris gets the highest marks from me. I will be sending friends and co-workers his way. I will start by saying that in all my years of buying cars, I have never before been so comfortable with a car salesperson. Chuck was on the level, never pushy, totally knew the workings of the Hyundai S cars, I have never before been so comfortable with a car salesperson. Chuck was on the level, never pushy, totally knew the workings of the Hyundai Sonata and extremely patient. My new Sonata was detailed beautifully and ready for me when I came back the next day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. When I needed to return the day after because I left something in my car I traded, Chuck took about 30 minutes with me to explain all the buttons and features again with me. I got the best deal with no stress! I could not have asked for a better experience and I would and will recommend this dealership and Chuck Albertus to everyone I know. More
