I have owned 2 Hyundais so far and was researching my third. I arrived at the dealership and German Vanegas greeted me and took me around and showed me the various options I had looked at online. I stated my price range, trade in, and rebate options and he worked with me on getting the exact deal I wanted. I ended up taking my dream car home that night. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. He also waited until I was done in the finance office and took the time to explain the bluetooth and bluelink features and all the other features my new Sonata has. I had purchased at this dealership before and had had a good experience but German was very nice and took good care of me. I will continue to make the trek from Miami to Coconut Creek because it is worth it. I would recommend German V. to anyone looking for a new car and I would recommend Hyundai as a brand as well. Robert from the Subaru Dealer was simply amazing we came in there one saturday exhausted from the brutal florida sun going from dealership to dealership and finally ended up at this auto mall. Robert came up to us with a huge smile and asked us what we were looking for we told him the price range and an idea of the kind of car we wanted he did show us what was on the lot. However we did not find what we were looking for but robert assured us he would call back with what we were looking for we said ok and thanked him kindly. The next day he called back with the perfect car blowing our expectations out of the water. I love my ford fusion and had never even cosidered the car before. I bought a Hyundai Velocitor from here about 2 weeks ago, but before I went to Coconut Creek Hyundai, I went to Rick Case, Toyota, Hundai and many other dealerships in the area. Coconut Creek Hyundai was my last stop for the day and I would have saved a Day if I would have gone there first. When we first arrived we spoke to Shay Levi. He showed us around and noticed that we had our eyes on a basic package Velocitor, but we made it clear we wanted a good price for one. He made thing very quick and worked with us to get into the price range we felt comfortable with. We got the Velocitor for hundreds less than what we were getting offered at Rick Case and Shay made it an Awesome experience. After settling on a price, we spoke with Kirk Forney the Finance Manager at Coconut Creek. He did something different than the other guys. He explained very well what Gap insurance was as well as many other benefits. He explained the advantages, told us pf some experiences and then told us how much it would add onto my monthly cost. Since I already saved so much money at the beginning and my monthly payment started out lower then I was expecting, It made sense to add on a few more dollars to secure and protect my investment. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. I'm Happy with the car, I'm happy with the Price and Coconut Creek Hyundai is probably one of the best places to buy a new car in the Ft. Lauderdale/Tamarac area. More

In terms of friendliness, pretty much everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful, especially Chris and Mary Ellen from Customer Service. Having had preliminary discussions with another nearby dealer, the difference was stark. I fully expected to be presented with all of the negative stereotypes of car sales when I arrived, but while there was negotiation, it was very limited and reasonable. I was never forced to wait any significant amount of time. As long as you come in prepared with defined numbers (that are comparable to what the internet suggests other people have received and that you qualify for) as to base price, interest rate and trade in value, based on my experience, you will leave feeling that you accomplished what you wanted without feeling like it took too long.
