My son and I went shopping for a new car at this dealership, and we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate, Mark Fine. After discussing the need for a trade-in for my 2000 Buick Park Ave. dealership, and we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate, Mark Fine. After discussing the need for a trade-in for my 2000 Buick Park Ave. we were offered a ride in a Hyundai Sonata which was quite nice. After discussing prices and package deals for both the Sonata and Elantra, we decided to check out the Elantra, and decided this would be a good fit for me. Instead of just shopping around other car dealers, I decided to trade in my used car right then and there. We made arrangments to purchase a red ELantra GL which was available immediately. We waited for about 40 minutes for the car to be made ready, signed about 25 pages of leasing and payment documents, transferred my car insurance to the new car, and we received the new car! Time it took to make all the arrangements from the initial visit, to departing with the Elantra was approximately 4 hrs. Mark Fine was a great salesman, as were the others, namely; Gabrielle Lauricella. I would certainly recommend this dealership very highly for their efficient service and professionalism.
