My son and I went shopping for a new car at this dealership, and we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate, Mark Fine. After discussing the need for a trade-in for my 2000 Buick Park Ave. dealership, and we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate, Mark Fine. After discussing the need for a trade-in for my 2000 Buick Park Ave. we were offered a ride in a Hyundai Sonata which was quite nice. After discussing prices and package deals for both the Sonata and Elantra, we decided to check out the Elantra, and decided this would be a good fit for me. Instead of just shopping around other car dealers, I decided to trade in my used car right then and there. We made arrangments to purchase a red ELantra GL which was available immediately. We waited for about 40 minutes for the car to be made ready, signed about 25 pages of leasing and payment documents, transferred my car insurance to the new car, and we received the new car! Time it took to make all the arrangements from the initial visit, to departing with the Elantra was approximately 4 hrs. Mark Fine was a great salesman, as were the others, namely; Gabrielle Lauricella. I would certainly recommend this dealership very highly for their efficient service and professionalism. After two horrible car buying experiences over the past few years at other dealerships, looking to purchase another car was not something I wa notch! However, after some research I decided to give Coconut Creek Hyundai a try to see if trading in my Honda (which I was upside down on) was in the realm of possibility. I went online and provided my information and shortly after I received a phone call from Kevin. Kevin was polite and seemed eager to do what he could to help me trade in my car and get into something brand new. I was never pressured to come in, or put down more money, or felt as if I needed to make a quick decision. After hearing what he had to say, I decided to go to the dealer to meet with him and test drive the Sonata. Kevin was just as polite and welcoming in person as he was on the phone. In fact, many employees acknowledged me or said "congrat's" as I was purchasing my new car. I've never seen that at a dealer before. Long story short, I felt this dealer did what they could to help a lady out that made some bad prior car purchases in her life. Kevin was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy I dealt with (sorry, can't remember his name) was very upbeat and personable. I definitely enjoyed this car buying experience. Oh and I was in and out in about 3.5-4 hours!! I was amazed at how fast everything went. I've been stuck at previous dealers for 6 to 7 hours, so I was pretty impressed.
