Chris explained the difference between the cars in a language I could understand and appreciate. Yes you are right, I went home in my new car. I would definitely reccomend Chris and the dealership to my friends. Well, this dealership is near my house, and me and my wife wanted to buy a Hyundai for her. so we went into the dealer and a salesperson could not take us and left us in the parking lot (inside the Deale wife wanted to buy a Hyundai for her. so we went into the dealer and a salesperson could not take us and left us in the parking lot (inside the Dealer) because he has an appointment with another customer, came another person to help us, that day they told me the finance guy named Sean that we could buy the car, however my % rate would be high, I left the dealer to think about it. next day after thinking about it considering that it would be our first finance car, we could not find a different one, we make the deal. The Accent price was inflated for the amount of $ 1,495.00, and I told this person Sean that how this happen in one day, he told us that the $ 1,495.00 was an addendum, Of what? so they took the amount out of the car price. The deal took so long I am talking about 4 hours or 5 maybe, then this guy Sean told me that the maintenance program for this vehicle would cost me around 6 or 8 dollars more a month times 72 month plus %. I said to him to take that maintenance out of the deal, and he told me that taking that out of the deal would not change the amount effectively the amount according with Sean was identical (I trusted him on that) and I said if it's not going to change and it's free why not leave it. we are talking about around 8 pm at 8:30 the salesperson shows up with the keys books and everything, we asked him about the breakdown and the paperwork, he said the Sean told him that would be finished in a few minutes, the salesman said let's go outside to check your new car, I asked again where the paperwork was, he said (Salesperson) he would look for them in a minute. They gave us the paperwork in the dark and with the car on, after 5 hours in the dealer we wanted to go home. The day after at night when I came from my job, I took the envelop where the paperwork was and opened it. I was surprise and felt so bad the guy Sean lied to me and charge the maintenance premium, next day I had to wait until 6:30 pm and when I was at the dealer asked for the manager he asked me the purpose of my visit and I told him a Complain against Sean and I told him everything, the guy Sean when into the office and told me that it wouldn't change the situation, I told him that's ok that I wanted that out of the deal. He took it out and the monthly payment went down 20 dollars a month. Every person who I have spoken inside the dealer don't care and still have this dishonest employee working for them. BECAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER THEY ARE COUNTING THE CUSTOMERS DON'T READ THE PAPERWORK. More
I found this dealership online offering used 2011 Ram 1500 at an attractive price. I called and spoke with Tyrone and Anthony who both agreed to honor the advertised price and sent me the deal in writing 1500 at an attractive price. Because I live about a 10 hour drive away Anthony agreed to hold the truck for me while I drove down to pick it up the next day. About 150 miles into my drive I was called separately by both salesmen and told the vehicle had been mistakenly sold. Thoroughly frustrated and a little suspicious I turned around and went home. The next day I had a friend call the dealership and inquire about the truck. He was told it was still there and available. After being lied to by the sales staff multiple times I warn all other consumers to steer clear of this dealership and their shady practices. More

I have waited three yrs to get rid of my mazda because the service on lou bachtroo mazda was the worse after I got mynew car 3 yrs ago .Now I cant wait to come next yr to get another car with you guys.
