He is very patient to us and giving us more details informations about the different style and functions of the cars. He is very educated and professional in explaining everything about the cars that encouraged us to get a new car. He followed up us always how we like the car and very helpful with regards of buying the car, because he will listen to your questions and explain it well. Hassle free? You gotta be kidding me! The first monthly payment you guys offered me was $489 USD and after 3 hours of hassling we ended up at $179 USD for the exact same car leasing with the exact same dow payment you guys offered me was $489 USD and after 3 hours of hassling we ended up at $179 USD for the exact same car leasing with the exact same down payment. The experience at your dealership was exactly the same as any other, same pattern where the seller tries to take advantage of customers who have not done their research and make huge profit, then the seller and the guy in the back playing "good cop, bad cop", trying to make you feel bad for leaving such a nasty deal in the table. Then after a few threats to leave the building and hours of pressing me you end up applying a manufacturer's rebate which I mentioned from the very start and still making a decent profit from the deal. If that was not enough, you guys did not process the lease return from my old car in a timely fashion, so I have to deal with calls from Hyundai finance saying that I never returned my car, etc. While I ended up getting the car at a not-too-bad price, it came with it's good share of pain and I think the promise of hassle-free was unfulfilled. Next time I'll follow everybody's advise and never set a foot on a dealership. I'll handle everything on email with the Internet Sales department and just go there when the deal is already closed. Mark explained all the financing items and answered all my questions. We never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of like some of our past experiences. All in all, even though the car buying process is time consuming, it was not stressful. I recently bought a car with Mike Trembaly at Coconut Creek Hyundai. The car is fantastic and the service was great! In addition to that, as I just moved to the US I was not really familiarized with all Creek Hyundai. The car is fantastic and the service was great!
