I went to Hyundai Coconut Creek in June of 2013 because my parents and my siblings have bought several vehicles from this dealer. I have a home in Virginia and was primarily interested in just looking at t my parents and my siblings have bought several vehicles from this dealer. I have a home in Virginia and was primarily interested in just looking at the Hyundai Elantra as a potential 2nd vehicle and then possibly purchasing when I returned to Virginia. The dealership convinced me to purchase the vehicle with the promise that they would deliver to my second home in Virginia within a few days and in perfect condition. The vehicle was delivered in deplorable and damaged condition (damage was oil spills from another car and scratches and cracks from moving the vehicle on the transport truck). The damage was over $2,000 dollars. I immediately contacted the transporter who refused to help, several employees at the dealer who after several calls and months refused to get involved. I ended up fixing myself. The lesson learned for me is be weary of who you use to transport and of a dealer who doesn’t support their promise and merchandise. More

1. Waited over 1-1/2 hours for the privilege of paying for my new vehicle. 2. My new vehicle was infested with black ants and had to returned to dealer to be bombed. Weeks later I still find almost dead ants in my car. 3. Was advised that dealer would "match" the offer I received from CarMax. CarMax delivers a check at the time of sale. I was lied to about when I would receive payment. My loan closed but I waited three weeks for payment. This was a horribly disappointing stressful experience. More

After almost a week of getting the run-around at local dealers regarding financing and advertised rebates, I found Coconut Creek on the internet. The hours were until 9pm, so I made the 45 mile drive north praying I wasn't wasting a trip. Eli told me on the phone he would not waste my time and he didn't. Kevin in finance quickly got the tons of paperwork together and I went this morning, took my old tag from my wrecked car and Christine was so helpful. Put the tag on, installed floor mats and I was on my way. The internet sales team doesn't mess around. IF they tell you they can put you in a car, they will.
