We found Anthony Sicilia friendly, amusing & understanding. When we walked in he greeted us & listened to our needs. I went to Hyundai Coconut Creek in June of 2013 because my parents and my siblings have bought several vehicles from this dealer. I have a home in Virginia and was primarily interested in just looking at t my parents and my siblings have bought several vehicles from this dealer. I have a home in Virginia and was primarily interested in just looking at the Hyundai Elantra as a potential 2nd vehicle and then possibly purchasing when I returned to Virginia. The dealership convinced me to purchase the vehicle with the promise that they would deliver to my second home in Virginia within a few days and in perfect condition. The vehicle was delivered in deplorable and damaged condition (damage was oil spills from another car and scratches and cracks from moving the vehicle on the transport truck). The damage was over $2,000 dollars. I immediately contacted the transporter who refused to help, several employees at the dealer who after several calls and months refused to get involved. I ended up fixing myself. The lesson learned for me is be weary of who you use to transport and of a dealer who doesn’t support their promise and merchandise. More
